A Families Tree
My understanding is that her name was added to William's stone - he was her husband (1894-1953)? Could you send me a photo of William's gravestone?

RE: Thanks for the photos
Donna--You're very welcome. I've enjoyed doing this for you. As to the variation in the name. I've been doing this many years and I've seen it quite a bit in a lot of instances--headstones, death certificates particularly, i.e. sometimes people just adopt a variation of the name to use themselves; they would like to be remembered by a nickname; or if the person is elderly with few survivors, the individual furnishing the name to the funeral director, coroner, etc., just simply didn't know the correct name. In my own family, I've seen a father's last name on a headstone spelled with a d and all the descendants' spelled with a t instead of the d. It's one of the things that makes the research fascinating and challenging. If I can help you further, let me know. Bonnie

RE: Request for Transfer
Hi Donna, I added these memorials a year after I visited & researched cemetery, I had pieced broken stones trying to decipher. I am unwilling to transfer as they are my ancestors also, my 6th ggrandparents were John & Elizabeth Neeves Mascall, cemetery is on former property of their son my 5th ggrandparents Richard & Abigail Elston Mascall, also next to my 4th ggrandparents Lyman Cady & Anna Mascall. I will however make appropriate corrections. Thanks

Clarence Else linked to parents
Hi Donna,

Thanks for providing the information on Clarence's parents. If you're kin, I'll happily transfer management of Clarence's memorial to you. I posted the memorial after taking a photo while fulfilling another request, and have no relation whatsoever. Just let me know.

Very best regards,

Edward T.

I do have an Edward T. Else, but he is brother to Charles Else, not son. His father would be Johnathan Else?

I don't have an Edward T as a child of Charles, can you provide me with more information?

Else Family
Thanks so much for the note about the Else family. I know about Cecile (and have pictures of all the family). I was just waiting until I find her death location to link her to her parents. Unfortunately, I do not have pictures of Charles Sr. Charles Sr. was my 3G Grandfather. If you would like to share notes/pictures, I have my tree on!
