|Elizabeth Kay Whitmire||Maggie Bear's Memorial|
Thank you sooooo much for the Memorial you posted of Maggie Bear. She was my great-grandmother, and I've been looking for information about her for so long! I found out today about Find A Grave, and one quick search, and there she was! I see much more information there than I've found in years!

You are welcome!! I would do it again if I was in better shape. Going through cancer at this time and not as strong as I once was. But I love my country, but don't think much of are leaders.
God Bless, Richard

Hi Marlene, I have updated her page. I hope you can add the daughters' memorials and linked their mother and father to them. David

Are you the Brown family related to Margie E Brown who md. Phillip Earl Carroll? I am trying to find an answer to that family that I am related to. Find A Grave page says her name was Margie E. Brown Carroll, but in his obituary it says Margie Adcock Carroll. Do you know if this is the same person? Thank you Tina

Wonderful! I had heard that Ancestry bought out Find A Grave so maybe they are doing things differently now. I sure hope so. Glad you were able to get control of the memorial.

|Robin Knowles Miner||RE: clapp family question|
Thanks...it was worth the try! i found something that says her father was MG Clapp and her mother was Ella W. Nash (probably a remarriage to a Nash)

You will have to ask the 2 people that created the memorials to transfer them to you. Clinton and Ruby's memorial pages should be linked, too. Good luck. Jane

|Robin Knowles Miner||clapp family question|
I have a Helen Clapp who married Edward Valentine Turner in my son-in-law's family tree. She was his great grandmother. From her grave listing obit I learned that her mother was Ella W. Nash - perhaps she married a nash afer Helen's father's death. Anyway, i was hoping you might know something about helen. In the 1930 census, she is listed as Mary Helen Turner, born in Georia.
Many thanks for taking time to read this!
