RE: Nancy Starkweather
I did not find Eugene nor anything else about Nancy except she died in Andover, Ashtabula,Ohio and not in Pennsylvania. I contacted the person who owns the memorial and give them the information. You might want to try the court house in Jefferson, Ashtabula,Ohio they might have the death certificate.

Weekleys at Westview
Hello
I see your request for a photo on findagrave for Westview Cemetery. I am familiar with that cemetery and would be happy to look for you. Would you please call the cemetery office at 404-755-6611 to find out the section and lot numbers for your request? And please also confirm there is actually a marker. The office is reluctant to give me that information and in fact has threatened to charge me for it. They do however give it easily to relatives. The cemetery is massive and that section/lot information will help me narrow the search.
Thanks
Phil

RE: William Joseph Hall
Sorry but when I go to the cemetery I take between 500 and 700 pictures. I wouldn't know where in the section that he was buried. I can tell you though, by the date that my photo was posted, it was section 96. There are over 136,000 memorials at this cemetery that are on find-a-grave.

RE: Sawyer Cemetery
That tells me a lot. I think it may be in Davidson County. You don't know the name of the church, do you? For some reason, I was thinking Granny White Pike area. In Tennessee, you get in big trouble for messing with a cemetery. Going to archives and will make a copy of the listing of the cemeteries for Sawyer. Now I will try Davidson county. The Cartwright name hit my tree and they are buried on Granny White Pike. Talk to you tomorrow.

Sawyer Cemetery
After contacting everybody I know about the location of the cemetery. I have come up with a couple of clues. Only problem is the names that are listed don't match the books. Will go by archives tomorrow and look at listing and compare the two.

Sawyer Cemetery
Hi Debbie! I would be happy to investigate and photograph your Find A Grave requests but I am having difficulty locating Sawyer Cemetery. I live very close to Brentwood, TN, so it should be nearby but I can't find anything on its location. Do you have any idea where it would be?

Thanks,

Tammy

Thornton photos
Hi, Debbie. I've posted grave photos for Mr. Harbert and Miss Marie. Since you created the memorial pages, do you have "authority" to remove the cemetery photos? Feel free to do so if you would like to. Won't hurt my feelings at all.

I'm in the process of posting grave photos for all the Thornton brothers. Hope to have them completed soon.

Also, there is a Robert M Lutz buried next to Miss Marie. Do you know what, if any, connection he is to the Thornton family?

Thanks, Jane Long

RE: Mary Elizabeth Ramsey Ashby
I used to subscribe to ancestry.com, but I got tired of the monthly fees, so I stopped. Now I can view the tree I created, but I can't view anything else or initiate new emails. I had forgotten about the family tree I created a while back. Thanks for reminding me. When I looked at it I found the following children of William Hudson Ashby: Susan Angeline, Benjamin Alexander, Sarah Jane, James Halifax, Felix Benton, Ann Hasseltine, Mary Elizabeth, Willie Ellen, Eliza Dallas, and Ida Mae. I'm not sure about the other 2. John was listed as born in 1869, David in 1871 and Er in 1875, but no dates of death were listed for any of them. Do you know?

Debbie,

I would like to have a copy of the picture. You can email it to wmecaugh@bellsouth.net. Thank you very much. The obituary for Tinie Ashby said she was the last survivor of a family of 12 children. Do you know who all of them are? Are they on Find A Grave?

Thank you for creating a memorial page for Mary Elizabeth Ramsey Ashby. I have linked to it the memorial for my great-grandmother, Hasseltine Ashby Caughran.
