Adam Harder
Where was Adam Harder born? His memorial page just states his birth year, etc. and says that he migrated to Bayport from Canada. Was he born in Canada? Or, was he born in the U.S. - perhaps New York.

RE: Solomon Barr

The son that Lydia Barr Barber and Grant Elmer Barber, Sr. had was my father, Solomon James Barber. Solomon Barr was Lydia's brother. I did receive information on Solomon Barr a few months back, but not enough to track him down yet.

Unfortunately, my life has taken some unexpected turns and I have not been devoted to this project as I once was---and hope to be again. When I know more about Solomon Barr, I will make entries in FindAGrave so you can see what I have learned.

I agree...they appear to be the same people with the spelling different. I will delete my sites being as they are newer. Want to thank you for all the information you sent. These are my great-g-g grandparents (maternal) and I had very little information about them and your info really helped. Also appreciate the cemetery map being as I have other relatives on the Avery/Deming side buried there.
Again thanks.
