Walter Marquis Davis
I just transferred his memorial to you. If you look on your member page, you'll see that you now have "1 Memorial Managed." That means you can now edit or add to his memorial whatever you'd like. However, since I originally created the memorial, you can't delete it, and you can't removed the picture because I added that, but you control everything else.

Hope that helps,
Natalie

Pat, Natalie Herdman is her name, and she already answered you (see below). The biography is available online:

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

RE: Davis family photo
The information came from his death certificate, and I found the photo in "Franklin County at the Beginning of the Twentieth Century," (1901), p. 433.

I'm afraid that I have no contact with any family members. However, if he's a family member of yours, I would be happy to transfer him.

Thanks,
Natalie

Please tell me which memorial(s) you're talking about, and then I can be more specific.

Thanks,
Natalie

Yes, I photographed the entire cemetery. I'd be happy to add whatever information you'd like. Also, if this is a family member of yours, I'd be happy to transfer.

Sorry, I have no connection to Clara that I am aware of. I am a little confused about the reference to photos I added, as there are none for this memorial, but if you click on the the "request a photo" link, a request will be sent out to several dozen photo volunteers and eventually (there is a backlog) you will get a notification that a volunteer has visited Clara's grave and whether they were able to photograph her memorial or not.

Clara's parents and paternal grandparents were also laid to rest in Greenlawn, and I have linked Clara's memorial to the former, and sent a request to the maintainer of those memorials to update and link them. Clara's father was a wholseale confectioner, and he served three years' service in the Union Army during the Civil War, as a private in Company B, 113th Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry.

No, I'm sorry, but I don't have any records like that.

Without dates I Can't answer your question. There are too many Walter and Clara Davises for me to guess and I checked dozens in my area without finding the pictures you're referring to. If you send me birth and death dates for either Walter and Clara, I can try to answer your question. I'm probably not related if the photo you refer to is a tombstone and is not in Delaware County, Ohio. If the photograph is of the person, I may well be related.

I don't recall uploading a photo of a Walter M Davis, and there are lots by that name on Find A Grave; would you please tell me the birth and death year of the one you mean?

Thanks,

Dave Davisson
