Vanatta brothers
Sherry,

I've added a link to Phillip's memorial to the Vanatta brothers that I control. I think it's a good thing to show and honor their service.

Thanks for bringing this up to me.

Sure thing! I'll be looking for photos of the military burial service, and then combine all of them together in a collage. Thanks!

Deb Wilson
Botelho Family
Hello, I am researching my husband's maternal side and wondered if you could take a photo of the stone for Antone Botelho. It is in section Aa-H-13 at Diamond Head Memorial Park if you are in that area. I am also looking for his wife, Mariana (Marian, Mary Ann, Marie). I am hoping she is buried next to him or nearby. Thank you so much.

Sherry,

Thank you for the information. That was the wrong John Fernandez for me, anyway.
I have John's and Jack's, so gets kind of confusing.

Here is the correct John Fernandez. The death certificate says he was buried on 2 April 1935 but the plot locator on the Cemetery website say 3 April 1935. So am assuming he is the right one.

And, thanks for the information on the plot locator. I have never seen a cemetery with one, so didn't know it was there. Thanks again

Regarding 1LT Leland Stanford McCants III, MIA, and the "Courts of the Missing" at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, thank you. Now I have to figure out how to "request a photo" of his "IMO" stone in the cemetery in NC.

Sherry, thanks for posting the photo from Diamond Head Cemetery.. I'm guessing from your photo, that there wasn't a grave marker, only the site?
Regards,
Bruce

Thank you soooo much for taking a picture of my great great grandpa Estavan's headstone. It is great timing because I am in Utah at the Family History Library looking for his baptism record and was looking in a completely different year than the one listed on his headstone.

Sgt. William Lipscomb, Jr.-Honolulu Tablets of the Missing
Sgt. Lipscomb, Jr., Findagrave Memorial #155502837, was from Paris, Lamar County, Texas. He became a Prisoner of War on Dec. 1, 1950, and died on April 30, 1951. His body was not recovered. I would like to request a transfer of this memorial so that I can add the information of his service, and also connect him to his parents. I would also like to request permission to use the photo you have posted of his name on the Tablets of the Missing in his biography at our webpages (See: Red River Valley Veterans Memorial www.rrvvm.com). Thank you for your consideration, and for the time and energy put forth to remember the young men who served Our Country and are recorded on the Tablets of the Missing...
