I posted a new photo of Earl's stone and submitted the dates to be added. I need to go double check the birth year again. The birth year is either 1805 or 1905. Do you know if he was 2 or 102 when he died? I will go back and check again to make sure.

I just went out to Willow Valley and took pictures of all the grave markers. Have a problem I'd like to run past you if you will send me an email.
After you send the email, please delete this message so my address isn't available for trolling spammers. Thanks.

|Howard Bergh||Clemmet Bergh parents|
It appears that I can only add family member names if they currently exist in the Find-a-Grave database. When I go to edit relatives, the application will only allow a Find-a-Grave number. Clemment's parents are not in this database.

Next to Maggie and Orman Gowin are buried Art and Cynthia (Burnes) Gowin.
I have added pictures for them as well.
As always I hope you enjoy the pictures.

|Beth Winchester||Jane, Oakland, Stockton, MN|
You posted a photo request for someone named Jane, no last name, for the Oakland Cemetery, Stockton, Winona County, Minnesota.
Would you happen to know any thing about this woman? Last name, dates? Something I can tie her to in order to find her and take a picture?
I am willing to get the picture, I just need more information!
Oakland Cemetery Association.

Along with pictures for Charles Steiner you will see that I have added pictures for his wife, Alma, as well.
I hope you enjoy all of the pictures.

|Jaci||RE: Inactive Contributors|
Regarding all those bounced emails. It is a known issue that not all emails are going through, so that may be why so many came back to you. If they are SAC's sent as "other", it would be best to contain your additions/corrections to the new edit system (ie: birth, death, places, links to family) until the problem is resolved. That way, even if a contributor is not processing them, Find A Grave administration will. They do not do the "other" SAC. So for the time being, no bio's, no obit's, no census information etc.
As to being inactive - sometimes it is noted, sometimes not. Sometimes you can tell by the messages on the person's page. Regardless, most information can still get added to the memorial. If it is a known inactive, your SAC's are handled promptly.
Last, about the person we were discussing at Riverside, I used to correspond with her on a personal level, and then she "fell off the face of the earth". Don't know what happened. Life gets busy and our hobbies change, and memorials get left behind half finished. She had started bulk transferring to me for management (until a family member comes along) and then poof - one day she was gone. So I do what I can to update the memorials as I post a photo on them.

Edit cancelled, have at it! I for one am glad they changed the edit system. Things get done now, regardless of being inactive (or for whatever reason.)
Have a great day!

|Jaci||RE: Agnes Pittman|
You're welcome! In regards to the date additions. That contributor is inactive, so you will have to wait the approx. 3 weeks before admin. automatically does them. Which means you'll then have to wait an additional 3 weeks for yours to get done. Shall I cancel my edits, then you can submit all of them at once and only wait once?

|Sarah Oppelt||Irene Baker/Varney|
Thanks for the correction on Irene's memorial! I haven't been able to locate her in records, so she's been quite a mystery to me. I'm still having some trouble finding her, but for now I've corrected the last name (to Baker) and will see if that helps in the search. :)

|HL49||RE: Christina Ferguson; Daniel Ferguson|
I'm awfully sorry, I didn't mean to fulfill your photo request when I uploaded that photo of Daniel Ferguson's marker. I don't think I'll be making it back to this cemetery, so you may want re-submit the Photo Request in case someone in the area can look into it.

There is a Jeanne Shuck listed but the interment date is 2005. Looks like she is buried next to Joseph Shuck. Does this sound like the person you are looking for?

|Delphine Richter Thomas||Schultz family|
Greetings, I put your message about Lena on the memorial for both Bertha and Ferdinand Schultz in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Long Prairie, Minnesota. I could link them as spouses. Are all the others their children? I did these as I am interested in this cemetery. Also, I have Schultz in my family tree but not sure how these fit as yet. I am always willing to transfer to someone who is more related. Regards, Delphine Richter Thomas

I see your request for a photo. I'll be visiting the Fairview Cemetery later this month. Please let me know where your loved one is resting and I'll try to get the photo.

I searched around Daniel Ferguson's gravestone today (memorial #111698945), but there is no sign of Christina's marker anywhere. Daniel's grave pillar is blank on the other three sides and none of the other nearby stones on the ground were Christina's.

|MN Headstone Hunter||Schultz in Imm. McLeod County, MN|
After some checking, there may be some data entry confusion with Schulz and Schultz. The person creating the memorials is working from a church centennial. I'll watch for name changes. It appears the names are being changed some of the time. Again, many thanks for pointing this out. It's a great help! MHH

|MN Headstone Hunter||Re: Fred Schultz, Imm., McLeod County, MN|
Thanks for the note about duplication. The two F. Schultz have different death dates. "Fred"'s death comes from his wife's obituary, noted on her memorial. The other Fredrich is a year previous. I'm working on photographing all of Imm - the remaining is in poor shape but includes the early 1900s. Also, I'll take a trip back to the County Death records to see if Fred/Fredrich are the same person. Thanks again for bringing this to my attention. MHH

Didn't see a marker...possibly sunken...took the pictures a couple autumn's ago and lots of leaves at the time covering them too. Its not that far away, but I doubt I will get out there anytime soon.

What you have copied from another site, is so true. It is sad that some people use this site as a competition, instead of it's true purpose to honor those that have passed. May God Bless. For Charles Ferguson, I have taken a photo of the site and will post it even though he has no actual marker.
