|Elizabeth Harris||RE: Martha Gernert|
I would be happy to take over Martha's memorial if you don't mind transferring it. It might be a good way for me to make contact with some of the other descendants of John Childs Holder.

The Anna S Garrettson Smith I was requesting a photo for (1818-1897) was not married to Abraham, her husband is Selah Woodhull Smith. Sorry about the mix-up, I don't know what happened there.

Bless you!! It was so fun to come home and find these! Harold was my great uncle, brother to Evangeline and Pearl. I never met him as he died when I was just a baby. Angelina may have been his wife - I have to check with my mom's records. Although I never met three of these people, Auntie Vange (Evangeline) was a very dear person in my life. She and Ferd never had children so we were like her grandchildren.
I will make sure all the connections are made and add dates and hopefully some biographies.

|Cashline||RE: Norton pictures|
Yes! Anson Vosburg Norton was Catherine's husband, my great-grandfather. He was the son of Emily Christina Vosburg Norton and George Phelps Norton. I have a wedding band from Emily and George - they were married 50 years. They had a nursery on Somerset Road in Somerville until the 80's. The nursery's gone but the house where my grandmother was born is still there I believe - right next to the train. Maybe a part of the Wallace House property now. We lived in NY when I was little and visited the area a lot then.
Do you know if there is any list of burials at the New Somerville Cemetery? I think my grandmother's sister, Evangeline May Norton Keller (1900-1995) and her husband, Ferdinand (d. 1948), are also buried there but I hesitate to add a memorial unless I can find out for sure. I think Ferdinand might have been the son of Otto Keller who is buried there.
My Koechlein great-grandparents are at Springdale Methodist (they already have pictures).

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful pictures of the headstones of my great-grandmother (Catherine) and great-great-grandfather (George). I was so excited to get the message that they were found and photographed. The excitement I got seeing them reminds me why I love documenting cemeteries around here (Minnesota). I hope others will see pictures I took and feel even a small percentage of the pleasure I felt at seeing these!

I am the Superintendent and sexton of the Cherryville Mountainview Cemetery. I usually ask for proof before adding info to a memorial from someone new to me. I see a few messages on your page from people I know and trust. So feel free to send me anything you find on my residents. I also add this info to our official records.
Are you related to the Lawshe's?
