RE: Vinnie Brantley photo
My wife, Marilyn Sue Colley Smith, who passed away Feb. 28 this year, was a granddaughter of William Harris Brantley #40894184. One of your memorials for Ann Hardage Brantley #38097307 is the Hardage link. I have a virtual for the Brantleys if you might wish to look. We attended the Brantley reunion in Jackson several years; it may be dis-continued. A sister of my wife who lives in Timpson, Tx. is, ironically, near to "Hardage Creek". It would be interesting to view the Madden community cemetery; would it be in Neshoba county?

Hello,
Thank you so much for taking the time to take this photo; I appreciate it! I'm 300 miles away and may not get over that way again.

RE: Ambercrombie Family
No, but I guess you noticed I have Abercrombie's.
Mine were in Hancock, Greene, and on to Jones.
Siblings all over
And mine is spelled both ways-Rodgers,Rogers. And the ones in Marion- are connected to mine. I am working on them right now. Thomas Lawrence Rogers married Georgia Rebecca McMichael-dtr of my Seaborn. He goes through the same line I spoke of- Joseph, Reuben, Joseph & Mary Ferguson. I have collected quite a bit over the years. (Over 36)

Thanks (Photos)
I live in Dougherty- next to Terrell, Randolph, Lee, Baker, and others. About 60 miles from Stewart. My Hooks and Cheshire's were there too.

Cheshire
May I use the Cheshire photo's in my family research?
I have two lines of Rogers (Rodgers)
I don't know about the counties you mentioned, but maybe earlier in others?
I have James Stanford Aven who married Rebecca Rogers. Her Father Elisha was all over-born NC, Elbert,Baldwin,Putnam, Henry. He traveled around with the children and grandchildren of Joseph Rogers & Mary Ferguson of Surry Va to Northampton Co NC. (Reuben,Drury,Burwell, Wiley, David, John,Pleasant other (was in the war of 1812)
James Stanford Aven's Mother was Matilda Rogers-dtr of Tobias 1753-Halifax 1845 Chatham.
They left Chatham & moved to Tn, and 3 sons came to Ga. I have researched them over 30 years.

No hurry with me. I add them as I am working on them, and never look back or nag. I appreciate you doing those the same day. Not necessary, but appreciated.

I have to deny your request. I presume the parents are still living, so that is why you didn't link to them.

RE: Jackie vs. Jacqueline Langley @ Mt. Pisgah
I don't have any other info...just thought it strange for one twin to be Jackie (Jack?) and other Jacqueline...may be correct.

RE: Freeman and others
I don't know if I'm related to the Freemans you manage. My great-grandmother was a Freeman from Pike County, AL but I haven't done much research on her line. If your family came from Pike County I'm sure we are connected somehow... Did your Carters descend from John Carter and Synthia Jackson?

RE: Elizabeth Tubb
I think maybe she went back to her 1st married name as the WWI records show her sons putting her name Lizzie Tubb as nearest relative.

Thanks again for your work on findagrave.
