|Dan McGuire||Coe Durland|
We are very distant relatives by marriage through Coe Durland's son. We have no information beyond what is in the links.
I will transfer the memorial to you.
Sorry I can't be more help.

I apparently added his name and photo of stone back in Aug 2013. His stone did not have section and space number on it, but he is in the Joshua Lawn part of the cemetery. If you call their office they will give you the info which can be added to the grave location.
I will transfer this memorial to you.

Debra, I got a message from you but there was nothing in the message, no text.
Did you find where he is buried?

He would not be buried at Hesperia Kern Mortuary as this is only a mortuary and not a cemetery. Would you check to see if he is at Desert View Cem or Victor Valley Cem. Then I will get the photo.

It's great to hear from you. We have never met but my wife is Kimmy is a great-granddaughter of John Knabe. That's how we are related. Marty Myers is her grandmother. Do you know her ?? I grew up just a few miles east of where these Knabes are buried. In fact we still have our family farm just east of Dacoma which is where the cemetery is located. I would love to hear from you sometime.

I do follow the find a grave guidelines for transfers due to a very unpleasant previous experience. I have pasted a section of them for your review in case you have not seen them. I am very willing to add any information you wish to add to a family memorial for you. Have a great day. Sharon
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Debra -- Forgot to ask if you would mind sharing some information on your side of the family. I had information on your mother but not birth, marriage, children, etc. I would be more than happy to answer any questions that you may be missing or have a need for on your files. Please e-mail me separately at email@example.com if interested. -- Thanks Shari

I wouldn't mind at all, as he is an ancestor of a lady that I helped research for. She doesn't have email, but I know Charmaine would love to be in contact with you, if you're willing. I'll see her tomorrow and will tell her about you. Would you be willing to give me your mailing address and or phone number that I could pass on to her? I know this is a public message, so please use my email address, ok? She'll be thrilled. And yes, I'll see about how to transfer his memorial to you. Thanks so much for emailing me! ~ Rita

|Mickie Adkins||Susan Burress|
Susan (Kesterson) is my gr-gr grandmother. Her daughter, Mary Ann was my gr-grandmother. Mary Ann's daughter, Fannie (Smith), was my grandmother. Fannie's daughter, Lena (Clark), was my mother. I live in California, but visit Granby occasionally as my son moved back there about an hour away from Granby. I took the pictures of the tombstones in the old cemetery and want to keep the memorial. What is your lineage to Susan?
