I would contact the cemetery directly and they can give you the coordinates on their map. I find the cemetery is not extremely well marked aside for the "A-Z" and numerical sections. You can find these on a map that you can download from their website. You could also always drop in to their visitor's centre and they would be able to point you in the right direction.

No row markings at all usually. I usually get what the neighbouring stones are from the office, and also have the office mark on a paper map of the cemetery where exactly it is in the section. That is the easiest way usually. Just make sure to tell them you are family from visiting from outside the country and they will give you all the help you need.

Hope that helps, most cemeteries up here are pretty good about doing look ups for family and help locate the stone. have a great night :D
