Yes he is I didnt know that at first, now that you gave me his you have like birth and death date and the places and the wife of Virgil Washington Samples? I have done other branches of my family but not my grandfather just starting him.

I didn't see the name you gave me as a sibling on my ancestry dot com page. but might have just missed him. Elbert Hermans Samples birth 12 February 1888 Mount Vernon Jefferson Illinois, deth 12 April 1917 Longview Washington, marriage 1914 Oklahoma, parents Charles j. Samples birth 10 December 1858 Kentucky, death 16 February 1930 Kentucky, Frances see bed will birth 13 December 1863 Kentucky death 1st April 1942 Kentucky hope this helps you his son Virgil samples is my grandfather
