Hudson, St. Croix question
I am looking for a death or burial record of my 2nd great grandmother. Mary A. McNeely Hughes.

Hudson, WI, 1868, she died in childbirth of her 5th child. She and her husband had lived in Dane County, Wisconsin 1859-1864.. They lived in Hudson, St. Croix 1864 to 1868. They were Catholic.

In 1870, he lived in Kinnickinnic, St Croix, Wisconsin. In 1871 her husband remarried in Pierce County, to a widow, Catherine Whalen
He may have farmed and run a quarry there. They moved to Minnesota in 1878.

I am looking for death and burial record for Mary A. McNeely Hughes. I am guessing, she was buried in Hudson, WI. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, cemetery. They were devout Catholic and had lived there several years. It seems unlikely there is no burial or death information.

Please help me location this info. Many of us have been searching for many years. It would be a great help to complete our family tree. And not lose her story. Thank you. MK II

Pierce County Cemeteries
I am continuing to photograph and link up family members and information for Pierce County Cemeteries. I just finished Rush River Lutheran and Martell Lutheran in Martell and did Trenton awhile back as well. I only send edits if I am certain about them. I am about to go through Martell Methodist and link up what I know, but seen that you have photographed the cemetery. I am only planning on doing one more cemetery I think this season - Poplar Hill unless you've already done it. I was going to do the rest that need it in the county, but its a bit much to finish this season considering its November. Please let me know if you've already photographed Poplar Hill. - Dan

Caroline M Christenson
Regarding Find A Grave Memorial# 126146420:
Is it possible that her last name is Ostenson rather than Christenson?

My great Aunt Millie Rasmusson's grandmother was Caroline M Ostenson born Feb 1824 married to a Lars Ostenson (Find A Grave Memorial# 126399490) who had a daughter named Mary H Ostenson (Find A Grave Memorial# 126146423) who married Albert Christianson.

Their joint tombstones says both Ostenson and Christianson and Caroline's grave marker doesn't list a last name. I'm wondering if this is Lars' wife for whom I've been looking.

Pierce Co Cemeteries
I am in the process of photographing and putting up the results for Pierce Co. cemeteries. Pat Morey said you already did the Moeville one, so I let that one go. I am going to be doing Trenton, and Rock Elm, Spring Valley and Elmwood cemeteries (only ones left that are less than 50 percent photographed in the county) hopefully before the end of the season. I already did this year St Martins, Hartland Methodist, Salem Lutheran, Bay City, Svea and Greenwood in River Falls for your information.

Jo Jo
You mentiond: For some odd reason my photo of the gravemarker for Allan & Edith Eades ended up on Emma Martell's memorial. Find A Grave #112195547.

For some reason photo's have been added to my memorials but I can't take them off because I didn't add them ? It shows you added them ? Also when I go to Allan Eades, it has Mary Wilson

I also deleted this and started again.

RE: Wrong gravestone
Thanks for letting me know, but it looks like Find A Grave already removed the photo. That was residual damage from the problems the website has been having for the last week. Alice
