re: your mother's memorial
Okay, I cannot remove it, but you can. Click on the memorial . . . and then up above, click on the tab marked PHOTOS . . . then, you will see the string of all the photos. Click on the cemetery front photo to make it bigger. Once it becomes big, look above it on the right, and it should say "DELETE THIS PHOTO" or "REMOVE THIS PHOTO", and click that to remove it. It will only remove that one photo. Then, send me another message, and I will post your mother's grave picture. Thank you . . and God bless. Kathryn #48407627

Yes, I love Billings. I'm so glad that you got my message. Just go to the memorial and click directly on the picture of the cemetery. It should say "delete this photo" or "remove this photo" ... or let me see if I can do it for you. If I can, I will. Be right back.

re: your mother's grave
Hey Nedra,
I was out taking some pictures in the cemetery that your mother is buried in, and I have a picture of her grave, if you would like it posted to her website. You could delete the picture of the cemetery front, as one can click on the cemetery link and a picture of the cemetery comes up anyway. You have lovely pictures on her memorial. I feel as if I knew this lovely woman, simply by the biography that you wrote about her. I can't believe that her father - the doctor - did that to her. What a tragedy. I'm sure that God has already talked to him about that issue. Anyway - I can't remember how many pictures you have on her site. I know that the limit is 5 without sponsership and 7 with. To sponser is $5 for one memorial, and then you can add 7 pictures. Anyway - I have two pictures - front and back, if you want them. I take it that she is buried next to your brother-in-law. He seemed like a wonderful man and was so handsome. Great job with those pictures. Let me know, if you want the pictures, or perhaps you already have them and decided not to add them. Either way, it is up to you. Thank you and God bless - Kathryn #48407627

Valarie Vine
Maxine Gibson (Ivy Lawn)
Hi Nedra,
I no longer live in Southern California, but I did add Maxine's information to the Ivy Lawn location and linked her to her son. I then requested a volunteer from that area take a photograph (of her marker) whenever possible. Hope that helps. (I found Maxine in the 1910 census living with her grandparents in Cowley, Wyoming) and added that little bit of information. Sincerely, Valarie

I have another photo you might like, but cannot add it to his page because of the limit of 5 photos... did not know about this ʻruleʻ. Anyway, I will send it via email if you wish... let me know...

Aloha, I just fulfilled your photo request, but wanted to note that the spelling on the gravestone is different than what is posted on his find a grave page... probably a typo?

I went to add my photos of his headstone and was only able to add the full headstone shot and not a close-up of his name because there was too many pictures on his memorial unless you want to sponser the memorial.

It tickles me that I can share this with someone!!

RE: Marietta Snow on Find A Grave
Hi Nedra,

Saw your post on Marietta Snow's Find A Grave site that you are a cousin. If I have found the correct Marietta Snow, I may have a picture of her for you or if you know anyone closely related to her. My paternal grandmother, Jessie (Lowe) Fox was a friend to and taught school with a Marietta Snow. They taught in the Wolbach Public Schools sometime between 1907 and 1912. Also for a year in the Burwell Public Schools . . . both in central and N. central NE. My Grandmother wrote that Marietta was from Lincoln, NE and that when they taught together, Marietta German and Latin and could also teach Greek. She also wrote that Marietta's father was a Methodist Minister of University Place, later part of Lincoln. If this is the correct Marietta Snow, I'd be glad to put her photograph on this memorial page and/or send the photo to a relative. It appears that she never married. It is a wonderful picture and I hate to have it lost to family. Kay
