Lillian photos
Margie
You asked if you could use my photo of LILLIAN JEAN ALLISON, my mom.
The new photos you posted, LLLIAM MYRTLE CHEEL, is my great grandmother, buried in Ely, Nv
Your other photo is my mom's mother, my grandmother, Myrtle V. Cheel Davies Morrison.
I do have a photo of my mom on Find a Grave, #66509747. If you need that, it is ok. OK on other 2 above.
I got started in Find a Grave and it gives up soooo much info that you just keep going. I've created a monster and am in the middle of trying to organize better.
Hope this clears up any questions/confusion...the confusion is probably on my part.

Hi Margie, Gosh please accept my apologies for that awful error. Of course it wasn't Yemen. I must have been looking for Yugoslavia, b/c that is what I have in my file. I will fix the memorial to reflect that. Would you like to take ownership. John was married to a Russian and I have her family in my file as well. I'm of Russian descent and some of the Russians married 'out'.

Thank you.

RE: Evelyn Rose Beale Timbrook
I understand, it happens to all of us as we research our family, sooner of later. Isn't it great, though, that even a mistake can put us on the right path?

Blessings,
Annie :)

Evelyn Rose Beale Timbrook
Hi Margie,

Thanks for your time and efforts. In response to your email to me stating:

"I just added correct parents names for Evelyn Beale Timbrook."

There is no need to let me know you sent me an edit request, one request would suffice.

I just declined your edit request for this reason:

Incorrect. These are not her parents. Her parents' names are clearly stated in her obituary. Thanks :)

I wish you had an email so that I could share this with you privately.

Thanks Again,
Annie :)

RE: Wolf family question
I checked my Ancestry tree and don't find Catherine Ann Wolf in my husband's tree, nor did I find her parents. I am the keeper of a lot of Wolf memorials because I hope to do additional research on them and hope to be able to link them. We live in south central NE and flew to Cumberland County, PA in July for 15 days. Of course, it wasn't enough time, but still got a lot of info. Good Luck on your research for your friend!!!

Leopold Sperne
Dear!
Very interesting, Leopold Sperne was the brother of my grandmother Stephanie Vodopivec, born Sperne (1899-1973). After her death, we had no contact with her relatives in America.

Greetings from Slovenija - Stojan

That's great! He was a great man.

I see that you added a photo. If you would like me to remove the photo I added please let me know. I don't mind. I thought the fallen leaves were pretty on the stone. They are from a flowering plum tree.

Of course! I photographed his marker when I was there with my father. He was a Veteran of Korea and I have the greatest respect for our Vets. I am a volunteer of the City Cemetery and we are trying to get all of the records onto a database. The property of both the Masonic and the Odd Fellows used to belong to the City Cem. so I take an interest in them as well.

And if you live nearby, Pres. Lincoln (actor) will be coming to the City Cemetery for the 150th Anniversary reading of the Gettysburg Address at the GAR lot. It's on the November 19th....and I think the time is 10AM?
