Hi Sara

I have sent three messages through the "edit" option, so not sure if that works or not because I have received no response. I apologize, but am trying to ask for a transfer this way instead. Could you please transfer Leonard Blake F.A.G. 118622012. I see the correction of the spelling has been made to his first name. I would like to link my family members together and maintain the info so I can make "history" come alive. Thank you so much for creating this Memorial. If you could transfer this to me, I can link my grand Uncle to his son and all our other family info. Thank you very much. Debra

Mary Green and Abrahm Brooks
Thank you so much for finding my great great grandparents. I've been looking for them for years. No one seemed to know anything. Now I'll look up info in Braxton Co. Will send you an edit thru the site or if you wouldn't mind me looking after the memorial, I would be honored. Are you related to them or know anything else about them? I would venture to say Lillie, Infant Mary and Simon are their children since the markers are so much alike : )

Thank you so much for obtaining this headstone photo for me. And thank you for pointing out the year of birth. His death certificate says 1891, but was taken from hospital records and they probably made a mistake. I will trust what the headstone says. Your efforts are appreciated and welcome to FindAGrave!!

Angela Mickelinc
John C. Armstrong (grave marker)
Hi Sara =)
I am Angela Mickelinc and requested the picture of my father's grave site marker in Sutton, WV. I live in Philippi, WV and is rare I make it down to the Sutton Cemetary. I was EXTREMELY happy that I found this site online because I can leave notes and virtual flowers. My dad passed away when I was 2 yrs old and I have been going through an extremely hard time this past 8 months. So, being able to come to this site, leave a msg. & virtual flowers sort of helps. I am 50 yrs old (my daddy would have been 93 this year). I don't remember him, but I do have some memories of the home that we lived in at Grafton, WV (the home he owned at the time of his death). When I do make it down that way, I usually pick up some sort of beanie item and place it in a ziploc baggy and lay it in front of his marker. I see the last that I laid there is gone =/ Hopefully things will get better before long and I can make it to the cemetary more often. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR FINDING MY FATHER'S GRAVE & TAKING A PICTURE OF HIS MARKER AND PUTTING IT ONLINE FOR ME. I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL TO YOU! GOD BLESS YOU...YOU ARE A SWEETHEART FOR DOING THIS FOR OTHERS =) I really don't know much about my father (he was never spoken of much at all while I was growing up)...would you happen to know of any people in the Flatwoods/Sutton area that may have known my father? If so, I would love to have contact with somebody that knew him & could tell me about him. I have heard that he was a great man. AGAIN, thank you so very much =)
