I see someone beat me to Dora's headstone. Note that there are no other Todd headstones nearby, nor did I find Almena or Jacob elsewhere in the cemetery. Sorry. I did take a farther-away shot of the plot, but am having trouble with my email today. Will attempt to foreward a copy as attachment when I can enter email in future.

RE: Corporal Forrest Ward
You sent something that I assume you want me to add to his memorial. Please let me know where you got the information from (newspaper, letter etc as well as the date of it) once you give me that information I will add it to his memorial.

Thank You!

Thank you for the info to put on my Uncle's site about his military record. That definitely needs to be included.

Tropico Gravers
Frank Riley 85497785
Hi Sandra,

You have requested to link him as the spouse of Ruth Powell Riley Rusk. Only problem is, he was never her husband. It looks like she was married to a different Frank Riley who was from New York (this one was actually from New Jersey). This Frank Riley never lived in Iowa or Wisconsin, you can look him up on, I can only find him in New York and New Jersey, Ohio and California. He was married to Florence Winnister and also to an Eleanor Reisa but never to a Ruth Powell. So I will be declining your edit.

I don't know what these to towns have to do with Harley.
I think that Find a Grave adds the towns in the county lists.
Sorry I couldn't help.

Lansit Walker
Hi Sandra,
I took the photo of Lansit "Hunter" Walker at Greenwood Cemetery, Orangeville. When I was at the Churchville Cemetery in Brampton today I found another headstone for a Lansit Walker, spelled Lansut (I remembered the name because it's uncommon). Could this perhaps be your Lansit's father? The year is earlier and he is from England. I'd be happy to send the photos along in case there is a link. I also see your Lansit came from Brampton so I would be surprised if they are not related. I just made an index for them if you'd like to have a look:

RE: Re: Roxanna Ladner

I've uploaded the front of the tombstone, plus close-ups of the other 3 sides. Those 4, plus the Linesville Cemetery photo that was already there, brings us to 5 photos -- the maximum that can be uploaded without paying a fee.

In addition. I took "long shots" of the right, rear and left sides. If you'll delete 3 of the photos I just uploaded, I can then upload the 3 "long shots" to Roxanna's memorial page.

RE: Re: Roxanna Ladner

Although we can leave messages for each other through Find A Grave's message service, apparently we can't send attachments. I'll upload the photos to Roxanna's Memorial page. After you've downloaded them you can delete any you don't want to leave on Find A Grave.

I took shots of all 4 sides, so you could see if you can decipher anything besides the inscription about the infant daughter. The surfaces were not smooth. It's possible that there are inscriptions that are covered over by mold, etc.

Newville Request
The inscription book for the Calvary Cemetery in Rochester MN does not have anyone with this name.
The closest is James B. Neville 1791-1880.

New Side Cemetery
Hi Sandra, I have been to NewSide and all of the stones there have been photographed and posted on findagrave. Most of the stones are gone and it is really just a small cemetery now.
