Willard and Oma MGuire transfers
Meredith,
I have gladly transferred your relatives to you. Please don't let some people's curtness to your novice discourage you from working on findagrave to gather your family members. Even though their instructions were correct, it could have been tempered with KINDNESS!! Keep on grave hunting. If you need any help, I am here for you. And after reading your bio, I may be calling on you for some research. Thanks

As a new member, you really are missing out on what findagrave.com is all about. Findagrave is not about managing all the memorials. You should go read the Findagrave.com rules FAQS. As a 2 day member who has added nothing to the site, you should not be asking for anything, much less transfers. Don't you realize that if you asking for transfers of your close relatives memorials that the person who created the memorial may also be related? You should thank them for their work. Notice all the links and photos they have added. The bios and photos are copyrighted and may not be used without their permission. Do you really want to start out on the wrong foot? Don't you realize others may know far more about your family than you? Did you notice that even though Findagrave.com has been around since 1995 that many of my memorials were created recently and that nobody else cared to create them? Do you realize the amount of work involved here? Do you realize that mandatory transfers do not include uncles, aunts, and cousins? The only mandatory transfers are for siblings, children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents, and great grandparents. Not anything great great. And those transfers are mandatory only if the creator of the memorial is also not directly related. If they are directly related, but not as close as you, the transfer is not mandatory. However, a manager can choose to transfer any memorial if the request is done properly and satisfactorily at the discretion of the manager. You should also state your exact relationship to the memorial whereas the manager does not have to tell you their relationship.
Remember too that by starting off poorly, you will miss any chance to connect with your relatives and share information.

Also, learn the proper terms for aunts and uncles. If Malissia is your great grandmother, then her sister Hattie is your great grandaunt. Your mothers sister is your aunt, your mothers aunt is your grandaunt, and your mothers grandaunt is your great grandaunt.

Finally, notice that some of the memorials you addressed in your notes to me are not even managed by me. All transfers requests are through the edit button and require one request per memorial.

RE: Michael Lee Price and Stephenson family
I have gladly transferred your loved ones to you. If you have any questions about editing and connecting family members, I would be happy to explain to you. BEWARE!! This can be very addictive.
