I see you have posted two photographs on memorial 148725850 for Leonard John WOOL. These are the ones I took yesterday on a request from John LONG, and posted on his grandmother's grave, memorial 147786851, for Margaret Elizabeth LONG[RIGG].
I believe it is appropriate that you should add a note to both of these pictures acknowledging my copyright ownership.
Thank you.

Photo in your Profile

you have placed a photo on your Profile page, is it a family photo of ancestors in the WOOL line? What is the name of the individuals in the photo?

Doris McCann nee Fischer
Hi..I cannot believe I may have found Doris McCann (Fischer) who may be buried here. Another name came up when I searched for Doris and the name is Jayne E McCann. I am wondering if this could be Doris and Leland McCann's daughter. Would you be able to find the cemetery plot. I happened to find the picture of the stone with Doris name on it. She died in 2003. It took me 4 years to find her. If you like for me to send you the picture of the stone I can. I just want to make sure she really is buried in this cemetery. Her name does not come up in the search.

Thank you so much.

Mary Wool - Photo request Paddington Cemetery
I'm afraid that this photo request cannot be fulfilled for this cemetery as it no longer exists. Paddington Cemetery is now Suncorp Stadium. Some of the graves were removed to different cemeteries, but a lot were left un-claimed and are now lost. There is however a John Lover Wool (son of Mary) buried in Toowong Cemetery. Also interred are: WOOL MARY ANN birth: 31-12-1854 Buried: 31-10-1911
WOOL ALICE SELENA Buried: 16-12-1878.
These will need to be added to the cemetery as I cannot see them listed.
Good Luck. M

Joan Pacitti
Josh Guarneri's memorial
Hi: Thank you for the information on this little baby's birth date.
I don't usually add babies to FindAGrave. I'm surprised that I did this.
Thanks for the information.

Thank you!
Thanks so much for the beautiful photos of J.H. Chadwick's grave. I'm thrilled to see them, and I know other relatives will be as well. Thanks for the work you do!

JH Chadwick
Update: "my" John Henry Chadwick WAS in the 33rd infantry during the Civil War, so your photo IS a match for the memorial! Could you kindly add it when you have a chance? Thank you so much for finding it!!

John Henry Chadwick
Hi there. Thanks for your message about the marker for J.H. Chadwick. The truth is that I am not sure-- I'm guessing yes, they match-- it seems really plausible; I know he was an army veteran, and per his death cert he is buried in W&B, but I don't know for sure about civil war service. Silly question, but does the marker you photographed have dates of birth/death? And is he buried with family members, or with other veterans? That might help to narrow it down. Let me know what you think :)

In the same lot.

The varied spellings match the death records. Knew a John Rosenburger years ago who had a taxi company in Belmont.
