Thanks so much for your pictures of the Batten Cemetery.
I used one of your photos for Gladys Batten's memorial #132166226 and gave you credit in the photo caption for the photo. If this is not okay with you please let me know and I will delete the photo.

I am requesting permission to use the headstone photos you have placed on Find A Grave of my relatives in Johnston County, North Carolina. Some of the surnames I am interested in are: O'Neal, Narron,and Creech. among others.
I, of course, will give you full credit.
It would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to add. I'm sure the person who created the memorials for Edward and Edna Daniels in the Latter Day Saints Cemetery in Hampstead, NC would be happy to transfer their memorials to you if they are some of your family members.

|Cindy Hinton||RE: Memorials for Edward E. Daniel(s) and Edna K. Daniel(s)|
There are no pictures posted of the graves for Edward E. Daniel(s) and Edna K. Daniel(s) at Nahalah Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Halifax County, NC because they are not buried there. I photographed the entire cemetery, and there are no markers for them.
As I stated earlier, they are buried in the Latter Day Saints Cemetery in Hampstead, Pender County, NC. Look up that cemetery and you will see their memorials with photos of their graves posted.
Per Find A Grave rules, please delete the memorials you created for them at Nahalah.

Karen, I just received an e-mail that you had transferred Myrtie Starling O'Neal's grave to my account.
I have eight family trees on ancestry.com and searched all of them and cannot find anyone with this name. I was just curious as to who she was.

You created a memorial with the name "Norma Edmond Daniel(s)", with Edmond showing as her maiden name, in the Nahalah Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Halifax County, NC. The name on her grave marker reads "Mrs. Nora Edmond". Is "Daniel(s) her maiden name? If so, would you change her name to reflect this?

|Bonnie Bell||Alice Haydon|
Thank you so much, Karen, for going back to the cemetery to take a picture of this tombstone. It's amazing that all the tombstones spell the last name as Haydon and yet the person in charge of entering the name on the Find A Grave site insists on spelling the last name Hayden. Thank you for going to the trouble of taking the picture. I appreciate your time and efforts.

|Bonnie Bell||Alice A. Haydon|
Thank you Karen for taking this picture of the headstone for Alice A. Efford Haydon. Now if only I could get Find-A-Grave to change the last name from Hayden to Haydon, that would be an achievement. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
You are really great to travel so far to take these pictures for the Haydon family documentation. Thanks so much. I really appreciate your help.

|Bonnie Bell||Haydon headstones|
Thank you for adding the picture of the headstone for S.M. Haydon. The top of the page has the name Samuel W. Hayden. I am trying to trace some family members of my Great-great Grandmother, Elizabeth A. Haydon. Her headstone was found on the farm that now belongs to Wiatt Garland. The stone was first found when the farm was owned by Allen Jett Haydon.
The main family stone hiding behind the picture of the headstone for S.M. Haydon only shows "Hayd." Are the last two letters "en," or "on?" I would also like a picture of the grave marker for Louise Haydon Garland that is located in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. If you could post her grave marker picture, I would certainly appreciate it. I would like to clear up who belongs to the Haydens and to the Haydons.

Thank you for your effort to photograph John's & Ruth's headstones. I'm sorry your effort was not successful. I did not create the memorials, however I do believe their graves are there. Their families probably never put markers on the graves which I think is unfortunate. Thanks again.
