RE: George Fields
Hi Bob: I'm so sorry it took so long, I hadn't had a chance to go back and make the hanges. I've resized the photos and uploaded them. I hope this works?

Thanks!
~Laurie

RE: William Carney
Yes. That was pointed out on the comment on the photo (double click). I took the photo of Plot: 16 North Monument Grave 24 West. The marker does show 24 25 W. Since it is a 2 plot grave, I can only assume his name was not placed on the monument located at that burial location.

I see you have lots of photo requests, most without burial plot, perhaps this is a problem of an incorrect burial plot.

Yes, often when a spouse is added in a military cemetery I have seen on numerous occasions where the marker is made over again and may have a different message. When in a private cemetery it is usually just that the name of the spouse is added with their dates on it.

Heysel Headstones
I've taken photos of the two Heysel headstones you requested at Lakeview Cemetery. Unfortunately the are both very faded and the wife's stone is broken. I cannot make out her first name, but it looks like the last name may be McCloy?

Bob, I went and took another (better I hope) photograph and have posted in on both memorials and removed the previous one I posted.

Bob, Thanks for your time and diligence toward improving Helen's memorial by supplying her complete and corrected name. It is much appreciated, as are all your efforts.

Hi Bob,

PJ Perry contacted me about this photo and I told her what I know. I will try to go out there and find it. The cemetery is in terrible condition.

But I must you about your ancestors. I am descended from the Bredow/Brado and Roggows....Joachim Bredow 1801-1890 to be exact. I know that some of the lines used the Brado spelling. Any chance this is your line as well?

Hey there, I should have asked you... These are your requests, would you prefer that I make them smaller and therefore upright? I don't have a problem doing it that way.

Hi there,
You are very welcome! I was out there doing some research on my own family and decided to pull a few off of the requests list and post them.

If you click on them they will appear upright. My original is upright, but they are so large that Find A Grave reformats them for posting. I didn't resize them because the larger that they are the more detail you see. So click on the actual photo and they will appear the proper way.
thx!

Frank Forker
Bob,
I tried to find your Frank Forker request today. The Cemetery shows him in B229 with Annie Foster Forker and Edward Forker, which was a bit confusing since those were not the parents listed in the memorial.
I'm going to "unclaim" this photo request for now, but let me know if you want the other photos by email.

RE: Stella Randolph Carney
Yes, Stella's grave is unmarked. I didn't really specify that in my remarks. I will correct that. Thank you for directing me to this oversight.

William Henry Carney is interred in Addition 6 while his wife Stella is interred in Addition 4. The two are quite a distance apart.

Burdine
Since you sent me the information on Genell Burdine I looked up the death certificates and found there was not memorials to her parents who are buried at Laurel Land in Dallas. I created memorials to link her to her parents. If you are related, I would be happy to transfer them to you, just let me know.

RE: Arthur Rubeck
He is finally listed in the Nationwide Gravesite Locator, Sec 98, Site 145. I still have him on my list of photos to take so hopefully when the rain stops and the ground has a chance to dry out, they will have his headstone in place. I'm assuming is was just recently ordered and therefore will take a few weeks before it is in place. However, as I said I have him on my list and will check every time I go to the cemetery. I'll let you know as soon as I post the photo.
