|Danny Chancellor||RE: John W. Magill-Holdenville Cemetery|
Just in case it might help. The other burials in the section where John is buried are:
John Magill OC 517 SP1 1 139
Pearl Hollis OC 517 SP3 1 139
F M Hollis OC 517 SP4 1 139
Edward Allan OC 517 SP6 1 139
Jennie Allan OC 517 SP7 1 139
Lottie White OC 517 SP8 1 139
I have checked Pearl Hollis and believe her maiden name to be Stephens. I do not think the Jennie Allan/Allen or Lottie White to have markers. I will go by the cemetery later today, but the office is closed on weekends. I will check the burial book later this week to see if they have further information about John.

After looking further at the census records, I have to agree with your findings and have changed the bio accordingly.

I think the parents listed in the bio to be correct. Check these bible records:
I removed the rest of the bio, as it does not fit the other information I am finding. I will check the burial book at the cemetery some time this week and see if it shows more.

Figured you would take good care of the Reverand so I transferred to you. If you request a photo I'll do my best to take a photo & also see if his wife is next to him.

Karel, that's quite the interesting, albeit sad story. How did you ever find it, especially since they spelled Magil. You are not a bother. I love all this REAL history. Better than reading fiction. you are a good researcher!

|genieresearcher||Duplicate Eliza E. Cobb Taylor memorials|
I notice the contributor for Eliza who was originally incorrectly Robert created her memorial in Sept 2010. The other memorial for Eliza was created in Jan 2010. The second one should actually be deleted and the other one should be linked to Robert S. Taylor memorial It seems they changed name only.

you ARE on a roll, Karel! Isn't it fun!?
I did send a couple of SAC's and apologized if duplicates. Good discovery on John and Benjamin in Civil War. Don't you wish the obit for Benjamin Taylor gave his parents names?!! But I do think the birth year falls in line with your man. You could send edit to contributor to add name Benjamin and parents' names perhaps with links. You are doing a super great job and maybe will get all the family reunited again. I wonder who the 6th child was?

GOOD JOB, Karel...good eyes! I never zoomed in on stone for Eliza. Have you sent an SAC to the memorial contributors letting them know about the mixup and also to link ELiza E. Cobb Taylor to Robert S. Taylor d1877 memorial? great discovery! makes sense! Hopefully they will make changes.

|genieresearcher||Robert Taylor confusion|
I just looked at Eliza E. Taylor memorial in Shawnee Run cemetery, Kansas. Her stone indicates wife of Robert and there is a Robert Taylor memorial there also. 1812-1867. Ironic that the Robert S. Taylor who died in 1877, Kansas was also born 1812. So is the Robert in Kentucky Eliza Cobb's husband perhaps?

If I had just completed reading your message first, I would have seen the note about Robert. I sent a note to contributor of Jane/Jennie L. Taylor Magill to link her to him. I wonder where mother is?

|genieresearcher||Magill-Taylor etc continued........|
Hello again Karel, I'm curious where you found Robert S. death burial record. Is there a memorial on findagrave so wife can be linked to him perhaps? Also, are there memorials for the children that you listed so they can also be 'reunited' with parents? I just love when we can reunite the entire family. What do you think about Willis Frank Magill in same cemetery with Jane and Ollie? Born in Kentucky, I wondered if he was Jane/Jennie L. Taylor's son but was unable to find him on early census docs. Imagine they spelled last name a variety of ways on records too. The marriage record for Jane L. Taylor to J. W. Magill on familysearch.org actually gives location of marriage R.S. Taylor. So presume father was living in Kentucky at same time and that is another clue to her parentage. what do you think?

I'm not related but somehow connected and researched further to share info with memorial contributor. I believe that Jane/Jennie L. TAYLOR Magill mem 29302377 is the mother of Ollie MAGILL Mason. If you agree, then I'll request the contributor to link Ollie to her. I did find Jane L. Taylor on 1850 and 1860 census documents in Tennessee with parents Robert S. Taylor and mother Elizabeth/Liza E. (Cobb). They married November 14, 1833, Knox County, Tenn. Did you ever find where or when John W. died? I found marriage record for J.W. Magill and Jane L. Taylor, 1865, Mercer, Kentucky. I'm sure you've found all this info. Have you found where her parents died perhaps?

|campbell2u||RE: Photo Request|
I found Otto and added his headstone photo. Cecil and Iona Murphy were right there as well. I also found a Katie and Recil Murphy in a different row but in the same section so they might also be family.
Glad I was able to help.

I was telling my Aunt Pat I had picture of Otto Mcmullin. She does not use email so I was going to print his picture. He is her Uncle she would be his oldest niece. She is 87 so I am in a hurry.
Well, the email somehow accidently had been deleted! I had not had color ink. Please email me again. I was surprised to see you had joined Find a grave because I was just trying to find you!

I'm sorry, but you have given me so much info on so many people I can't wrap my mind around it! Can you send me a sac on each person you want me to add information to and for links, give me the ID number for the father, mother and spouse.
Sorry, but I just don't have the time to try to sort it all out.
