The name rings a bell but I could be wrong. Littlefield Memorial still needs a lot of work. I'll try to keep my eyes open for the next time I go that way.

|Sue Seeterlin Rice||Robert Riggins|
I am looking for the son of Robert Riggins. He was killed in Vietnam, and I have made a memorial for him #140530953. Since you requested a link for the Dad, I was wondering if you knew the family. I have done extensive research on the Son, Robert Jr, and yesterday located Sr through ancestry.com, indicating he is buried at Forest Park. I am researching all 395 men who died tragically in Vietnam from the 1st Cav 1-8 Jumping Mustangs. Feel free to look at my virtual cemetery for them.
Thanks for all of your fine contributions to the findagrave community.

You wrote on her Memorial
An entry in Ancestry.com has her mother as:
Born in La Reunion, Texas, USA on 1857. Victoirel married Emanuel Santerre and had 6 children. She passed away on 8 Oct 1891 in Sowers, Texas, USA. (but this was 5 years before Totty was born).
you are correct her mother is Rilla Scott Santerre
Rilla Scott and Emanuel Santerre married in 1892 a
fter the death of his first wife Victoria Lanotte Santerre on Oct. 8, 1891 in Sowers,Dallas Co Texas her sister Maud Santerre Noble Memorial# 142408431 is not the daughter of Rilla but instead the daughter of Memorial# 142408431
there are a lot of mixups in thia family histoy, thank you for catching that
