RE: Edward William Murray - Memorial# 98264514
There is an obit, I can transcribe it onto the memorial over the weekend. It lists his parents as William & Anabelle (Kessler) Murray. And he was married to Manta Mardock on Aug 14, 1920 in Fairfield. Hopefully this is the correct relative for you! If you need anything else please let me know.

RE: John Wright - Memorial# 81084751
Sorry, the only tidbit of information, is that he buried next to Jack Wright, and because of the location, I assume they are related.
I am just adding memorials for the older section of the cemetery.

I was sent information on Lester Lee Jones, buried in the Ashland cemetery. I put the information on his site and it may help some in your Jones research.

I sent you an email with a set of pics. The lost Burns Family Cemetery. I just wanted to be sure you got them. I have other Burns graves if you'd like to see them too. :)

RE: Conrad Burns
I can't remember if I ever got the info to you regarding the location of the Burns Family Cemetery. It is considered a "lost" cemetery as no one has kept it up, and there are apparently no headstones left now. I have pics of a few of the stones that WERE there. Did I ever send you pics of the ones I have? That cemetery ARE our Burnses. If you get a chance to go check it out, maybe you could take pics and send them to me?

The Burke County Cemetery Census has this information about the Burns Family Cemetery,

Location - on the Crafton Farm about 0.8 mile from Miller Mill Rd.. Travel I-40 east from Morganton exit 118, turn right on Old Hwy 10, go about 0.8 miles and turn left on Johnson Bridge Rd., go about 3.8 miles to George Hildebran School Rd., turn right and go about 0.5 miles to Miller Mill Rd., turn right, go about 0.4 miles to Grace and Truth Baptist Church, turn right on gravel road in front of church and go about 0.4 miles to end of road. The cemetery is on the Crafton Farm and is located above the Burns Ford on a hillside. No stones mark the graves.

Survey provided by Jack Hall in July 2010.
Hope all is well with you!

RE: Samuel Andrew McCuen
Your welcome, Janice Kay still doesnt have a death date on her stone.
The Grenko graves that were marked unreadable, I will attach in the digital file. But it doesn't look like Ludvinka to me. The inscription is in another language, but the birth is in 1859 death in 1913.

Jennie & Young Williams-Aurora Cem. in Aurora, NE
Hello Linda,
There was a typo in my should have read Y.W. Williams ("Y" and "U" are next to each other on the keyboard). I added names directly from the cemetery listings at the cemetery- trouble is, they don't give dates of birth/death, so until I got pictures, I couldn't add the dates.

Are Jennie and Young family? If so, I will delete my memorial and defer to you.

RE: Lipsey Family
Hi, Linda:

I got my info from Jim Lipsey. He says: After Mary Stinebring Lipsey died, her children were placed either with relatives or in orphans' homes. No one seems to know what happened to John Kingsley Lipsey. I can find no further records on him.

I don't know what happened to him, either. Sorry I can't help.

RE: Jennie Upton Williams
Hi. Yes, I caused the confusion. There are two Jennie Williams in the cemetery. The picture that I took and entered was the wrong one. So I deleted it. I will go back and find the correct marker and get a photo in the next couple of days. Sorry for the problem. I will send you a message when I get the post. John Q

Delia Ruby
I am going by the cemetery inscription book and it only shows Delia and her two sons buried next to each other. Lewis is not listed in this book at all so I assume he is buried elsewhere.

Ruby Family
Hi, I'm sorry but don't think they are in Shewmaker Family Cemetery , this cemetery is listed in the Washington Co, KY cemetery book, which was printed several ago, and it doesn't list them, just the John & Lucy Ruby. It doesn't have the other cemetery (Peters / Mackville) in it to check and see. Sorry, not much help.

P. S. Find A Grave frowns on adding memorials that you don't know where they are buried, (no name cemeteries). When someone else finds the graves and adds them, then they become duplicates, and Find A Grave says no duplicates, so basically they get deleted or merged. They say don't add a memorial, just to be able to link family to, unless you know where they are buried. The no name cemetery deal is only for new burials, until you know the cemetery preferably in 30 days or less, and for cremations, etc. Just a heads up on that.

Good Luck

You're very welcome. I requested an edit on her memorial - I added where she was born & where she died. It'll take a few days before you see this info.

Unfortunately, I live in the state of Washington and photographed the stones in Woodlawn when I was back visiting the area a couple years ago. Wish I could help, but don't have any plans to be in Lovilia.

Forgot to tell you that I work 3rd shift & fell asleep after I sent you a quick email that didn't make it to you probably because of all the recent storms. The email boomeranged right back to me. Sorry

RE: More Photos
I've gone a long ways before but usually keep it within a 100 miles or so, just depends on how many requests the cemetery has in it or in the area.
At the moment I have been working in Woodford, Livingston, McLean, Peoria (of course), Dewitt, & Macon Counties.
