I just moved his tombstone marker down, but kept his military marker in place. Thanks for letting me know. He was a neighbor of ours.

Thanks for making that memorial. She's one of my teachers. Now I have to search Newspaper Archive so I can create a bio for her.

They lived just a block or so away from us on 19th St. across from Brown Shoe. They also went to our church. Thank you, Paul!

RE: Littlejohn family
Thank you so very much for the information. You wouldn't happen to have maybe an address or street name for the Littlejohn residence from that time would you? My father Winfred Dale Littlejohn and all of his siblings have passed so I am finding it very difficult to obtain any information. Thank you for all that you do. Darlene

I have done the memorials. I also posted a photo that I took quite a few years ago. If you could take something nicer, I would really appreciate it. Thanks for your interest in my family.

RE: Allison Grave Plot in City Cemetery, Murphysboro
Franklin and Mary Allison had two sons who died in infancy. The first was W. B. Scott Allison, b. 14 Sept 1864; d. 14 Oct 1865. The second was Neal Allison, b. 11 Oct 1872 and died 3 Dec 1872. (this information was written in the Allison Family Bible. I am assuming the stone, which I believe had a statue of a lamb on it, was for the two boys. I should make memorial pages for them also.

BTW, I added portrait photos to both Franklin and Mary's memorials today.

Paul,

Thank you very much for taking the stone photo at Tower Grove. I fixed her first name, although I never saw her as Annabelle in any census, and made a note regarding the discrepancy in her birth year.

Hi Paul,
You are without a doubt one of the kindest and most considerate members of Find A Grave--and with a sense of humor, too! Thanks for contacting me regarding my blunder with the cemeteries and for being so willing to help me get it straightened out. Others would not be so helpful. I have moved the memorial to the correct cemetery and made the connections to his parents. I would be most grateful if you would post your pictures on his memorial. I owe you one! You are much appreciated.
Sharon
