Thank You Heather - I will have to do a little research on the spouse and only one daughter deceased but I will not have time for a few days. I will get back to you when I get it all together. Thank you so much - Connie

RE: Arther Edward Halter
Arther Halter is my husbands Uncle. I would be happy to update the information but to be truthful with you I have no idea how to manage the whole page. We live in Oregon now and there is no way I could get a picture of the cemetery. If you will set it up and put that information on the page I will fill in the personal information.
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to do that.
I always called him "the Gentle Giant" as you can guess he was one of my favorite people.
Thanks again -

Celia Turner photo request
Hello Heather, I claimed a photo request for Celia Turner and today I found her grave at St. Mary's Cemetery. Next to her grave is one for Robert W. Turner, 1862-1937 so I also took a photo with both graves in the frame. There is already a photo for Robert's grave on his memorial and I don't know how they are related, but if you'd like me to send you the combined photo privately I'd be happy to. Also, I was at the local library for my own research this morning so I looked up Celia's obituary. Please let me know if you'd like a transcription. I'll send it to the memorial manager too. Diana

Heather, Thanks for the photo of Jerry Sylvester's grave in Clinton LA. I have been trying for several years to get a photo! He was my dad's first cousin. Are you related?

Joseph Prouse
Hi Heather,
I don't know if you're the right Prouse descendant, but thought you may be a good bet. I found you through searches for Joseph Prouse, who served with my Grandfather during WWII in St. Lo, France. I'm trying to get more info about exactly where and when my Grandfather (Foy Gamble) was killed. I found Joseph Prouses' name from this:

"Three BAR men of another company came up out of the line. They had just been relieved. They were so tired they could scarcely carry their 20-pound guns. They were a gunner, an assistant gunner, and an ammunition carrier. One of them, Pvt. Foy Gamble, of Florence, Ala., had seen his assistant gunner picked off by a sniper right next to him in the same foxhole. The assistant gunner’s blood was still on Gamble's field jacket. “The Jerries are smart,” said Pfc. Filadelfio Padilla, of Holman, N.M. “They pass up riflemen and go for us automatic-weapons men." " But they ain't smart enough," said Pvt. Joseph Prouse of De Ridder, La. “We advanced 15 hedgerows yesterday.”

Any help would be appreciated.

RE: William Robert Bailey and Mary Elizabeth Blanchard
This photo was given to me by a lady in Duncan, Ok who was a descendant of the Bailey family. I will look up that info tomorrow and get back with you. The Bailey family is my husband's line and I would be happy to correspond with you regarding them.

Greetings - Calvary Cemetery isn't very cooperative in looking up grave locations to Find-A-Grave photography volunteers - they'll only do 3 at a time and recently cut me off from asking for any more locations. I was trying to add locations for the very large backlog of photo reqs for the cemetery; there's over 400 requests. Those that include the grave plot get photographed first, so I'd recommend that you add that info to the Find-A-Grave memorial page. Call 216-641-7575 for the cemetery office; they'll provide you 3 locations without charging you for them.

Hi Heather, Sorry for the delay. We were out of town. I looked both of these graves up and they have pictures already. If they are buried in Central City, there are pictures. Let me know I will help you. Thanks

Thomas Eddy
When I add memorials to Find A Grave that are not my relatives, I usually do not add additional information other than from the source I used to create the memorial.

My source was the tombstone in the cemetery.

I would like to see the additional information added to the memorial for Thomas Eddy and I will gladly transfer the memorial to you and you could then do that.

Let me know.

Hello Heather, Both of these requests are located in Central City and I will be glad to take the pictures of the headstones, but, I can't do it until this summer when my grand children are out of school. Let me know in June if you still need this and I will try to locate. Thanks
