RE: John and Margaret (Henning) Brown
I have no information on John and Margaret Brown. I have relatives in Collinsville Cemetery, but the Browns are not among them. A difficult name to research due to the number of Browns, especially Johns and Margarets. Good luck with your research.

John and Margaret Brown
The dates on their memorials in Collinsville Cemetery are correct. I enlarged and did a negative and on Margaret's it definitely is a 4. I also have the book of inscriptions done in 1991 and they are listed as 1841 and 1848 as well. There are very few burials before 1820 in the cemetery, especially ones of 81 and 88 years of age.

Brown headstones
Hi Lyn,
The stones look to be correct but wear over the years has made the 1&4 hard to read.
I believe the dates are correct. The number 4 is just sort of worn out.
