Emma Geneva Way Sloan
Thank you for the verification. Emma's find-a-grave memorial number is 99946513 if you would like to post the photo of her gravestone. Thanks again. I will contact the contributor so she can list the name of the cemetery that Emma is buried in instead of just posting "burial unknown".

Hi Bruce, Thank you for the photo of John's gravestone; it is much appreciated. Is his wife Emma Geneva Way Sloan buried next to him? There is a memorial for her on find-a-grave, but the contributor states "burial unknown". According to my records, she is buried Buffalo Cemetery. Are you able to verify if this is correct?

RE: Richard Makepeace in Buffalo Cemetery
Do you happen to remember if he was near his parents, Harold & Helen?

Hi Bruce, Thanks for the transfer. I know you are photographing Buffalo Cemetery. Do you have a picture of the gravestone for Clarence Wilson Dickens Jr. #30935007? If so, would you post it on his memorial. Many thanks!

I've found and posted the Death Certificates of Leon Dillon Collins and his father, Hardy Clifford Collins. They are supposed to be in Shallow well along with Mary C. Hawley Collins Mother of Dillon and wife of Hardy. Thanks for the effort!

Thank you for the pictures and the transfer. I am so glad you have become a part of my Find-A-Grave life. (Seems strange to put 'grave' and 'life' together in the same sentence - has to be my first)

Wow! You know, I might be the one to have mixed my pictures up between the two cemeteries. I know when I was in North Carolina for the month of July in 2014, I visited a dozen or more cemeteries and took about 100 pictures. Next time you are at Buffalo Cemetery, please confirm if this is where they are interred. If so, I will need to delete my memorials from Shallow Well. Thanks for catching this.

RE: Grace Chapel
Hey, Mark here. Good to hear from you again. I cannot place who this Harry Sloan is. Are there any other Sloans buried near him? Or are there any more Sloans in Grace Chapel Cemetery, because I was not aware there were any Sloans in this cemetery. I appreciate all you do for the Find-a-Grave community. Give Grace my regards.

Thank you so very much Bruce. That makes me feel so much better knowing that she is buried where she wanted to be. You are such a dear friend. Hope you did not leave your watch there. I would hate to see you loose it.

RE: verna
Actually Verna just died about 2 months ago. I cannot get an answer from the mortuary or anyone about what they did with her. She had no children so who would do it. I told the Mortuary that I was her sister in law and wanted them to let me know more information. Never did hear back from them.
I do know that she wanted to be buried next to Tillman Wade. Maybe I will try calling the mortuary next time. There will probably never be a headstone for her. Most of the family is gone now.
