Thank you for taking and uploading the photo of my Uncle Bob's headstone! I really appreciate your help. I know it takes a little bit of time to do these photo requests--I have a couple I took on my camera now, good reminder to get them posted. Thanks, Linda

Casey, thank you for trying so hard to fulfill my request for a photo of Samuel Early's headstone. I sincerely appreciate all the trouble and effort you went to. Samuel's death certificate states that he was buried at Pleasant Hill. I guess his grave is unmarked. His wife has a headstone in this cemetery but, for some reason, he does not. Thanks again.

I am not sure of Grants but have found a blood disorder in some families and they had a tough time getting the children to adults. Brenda

The spot where your grandmother is buried was a wonderful place to overlook the city in her day. You can still see the Capitol, and the Library of Congress from there, but there a number of things obscuring that view today.

Also - sorry for the multiple emails but I just read your profile. I live in Loudoun County, Virginia, approximately 30 miles west of DC and am familiar with several counties in this area, including across the river in Maryland. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help you with your research!
