RE: Peter Wright
There is no info on who the wife is. Not listed in death index and there is no other Wright buried in the section he is in.

Emma Mae Crisel
I just transferred one of the Crisel's graves to you. I'll transfer more if you'd like. I'm getting ready to add Enna Mae Crisel's obituary first. I see that you added a photo to her memorial. Just a suggestion, I would delete that photo you added and re-upload a larger file version of it if I were you. If you look at her memorial you will see that the photo you added is minature and almost unviewable. Just a friendly suggestion. If you need help with that then I will gladly help. Your photo for her husbands memorial is perfect in size.

Again, these seem to be your relatives so you're free to do whatever you like to their memorials. I am only trying to suggest how to improve it. Also...I just visited Dogwood Cemetery and added over 100 more memorials about 3 days ago. So you might discover more graves of interest . I didn't see the Crisel's graves this time, but I still need to carefully walk a few more sections of the cemetery. I've photographed Dogwood several times, but it's a decent size so I'm confident that there are at least a couple hundred graves to get.

I've posted flowers on the wrong grave before also. Lol. No big deal. I can not delete your flower message even for a memorial that I control. Only you can. It's actually very easy. Go back to the incorrect memorial (Thomas Crisel) and click on the flowers you left. From there it will give you an option to delete it. I know this for certain as I have done it at least a few times. If you still can't figure it out then please let me know. I'll further assist you.

No worries,

RE: Jason Rushing
Rainey-Mathis funeral Home keeps track of all the burial records for that cemetery. You will have to contact them.

There are a lot of unmarked graves in Dexter Cemetery. Some were damaged when the older section of the cemetery was cleaned. I photographed the entire cemetery and never came across this marker.

I have taken photos of most of the cemetery. There appeared to be a lot of unmarked graves. A while back there was a cleanup of one particular section that had grown up in weeds. When the cleanup took place a lot of markers were damaged or destroyed.

Not sure what you are referring too. Which cemetery? Are you sure your computer is working properly?

Peter Wright
Peter Wright is in Lakeside section 5. There is no listing for John William Priester in the cemetery book for Oak Grove. Probably should check MO for them. There was no listing for a Virginia either.

Here is the info you would need to get the obits from the library there.

Wright, Peter
Born: May 03, 1840
Deceased: June 29, 1921
Obituary: June 29, 1921, p. 5 c-05

Wright, Margaret (Mrs. Peter)
Born: November 08, 1845
Deceased: March 24, 1918
Obituary: March 25, 1918, p. 5 c-03

The library charges $5 to look up and send a copy of the obituary. You may request up to five obituaries per request. To request this service please email: We can email you a PDF of the obituary. Please include all information from the listing.

Peter Wright
Could not find a burial for Louise Cecelia Wright Priester.
IL death index has Peter being widowed. He is buried in a plot with no other Wrights.
IL death index has a John Wright and a Margaret Wright Miller listed with parents of a Peter and Margaret Kerr Wright.
There is a Margaret Wright (buried with a son William) who is listed in the death listing as being divorced but also being born in Scotland same as Peter.
Not much, but maybe helpful. I know the Pekin library will get the obits for these people for $5 if they are listed.
