Your photos
Thanks, Jenn, for photographing grave markers of the Charltons. I really appreciate your help. It's so nice to have people who are dedicated to helping others in this way.

Cindy South
Devotion
Hi Jenn...

I'm Cindy, and I think Susan V. has already let you know that I'm one of the volunteers out at Montecito too. I can't remember if I wrote to you already or not (I lost my dad recently, so my brain is much to every single thing, every single day), so if this is a duplicate, my apologies.

I have been working with Susan and PG in documenting Montecito, and I currently have four sections I'm working on, one of which is Devotion. I saw on the photo requests that you had accepted a photo request for Snodgrass, and I had already edited it, and it was on my desk to be uploaded later that day. I went ahead and posted it on the page for you, and I think I wrote to let you know, but I can't remember if I did or not. Sorry about that.

I'm almost done with Devotion (I've got about six more rows to go), I knocked out Babyland this week too, and then I'll be on to South Valor and Ascensions.

Anyways, welcome to Montecito, and if you get a request in Devotion over the next couple of weeks, there is an excellent chance I will already have the photo and can forward it to you.

Hello Jenn,

I have transferred the memorials for George Garvin & his daughter Blanche Mildred Garvin Rosenbaum into your care.

However, you will need to ask "Anniefran" to transfer Blanche Garvin (#11093920) & Homer Rosenbaum (#11186741) to you.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if there is anything else I can do for you.

Best wishes,
Susan

Thank You!
Hi Jenn,
I am so appreciative of you for sending me the picture I requested. I was 11 years old when my dear Grandmother passed away. We were unable to attend her services. Now I finally have her final resting place and I can share this with my siblings.
Thanks again for your time on this and for Find A Grave for their wonderful service in which you are providing to us all. I too am motivated to volunteer one day to help others with their important requests.
Regards,
Sandra Lynn Macias

Thanks so much Jenn. I take it the grave is unmarked? I really appreciate your going to the office for the exact location. And it is so green out there! Still very brown (pre-Spring) in Salt Lake City. I miss the California lush foliage at Easter time. Linda

Thank you very much for taking the time to photograph the memorial of John Stroh for me. I do appreciate your time.

Could I have your permission to utilize the photo in my genealogy research?

Than again

Photos at Montecito
Hello,
I have been answering photo requests for Montecito Cemetery in Colton, CA for a little over 2 years now. I noticed that you had claimed some recently and so I checked out your photos. Very Nice! I like taking area shots too, but I have never taken them in all four directions...BRAVO! I was also glad to see that you had made sure that the stone was clean. Sometimes volunteers just click the camera and there is dirt, leaves, tire tracks, etc on the stone.I just feel like it is a disservice to have that as a permanent image of the marker, so thank you for your great depiction. If there is anything I can help you with as you start doing this, please don't hesitate to contact me. It's nice to see others take an interest in helping out Find A Grave.
All the best,
Susan V.
