|Terry Dalton||hi, Ruth Diehl Rau|
I just joined ancestry.com and was trying to recreate my family tree and came across this picture and it made me burst into tears. This is my grandma and grandpa. How are you related? Anything you can share is appreciated.

It looks like you are direct line related to the younger brother of our direct line, Ours is Daniel Theodore Diehl in Kansas and his younger brother is yours Samuel Merril Diehl.
I would be happy to transfer Henry and Adam Diehl to you.

I posted those requests so that I could claim them and take the pics and fulfill the requests. Dont worry about these; I and another volunteer are working on a project to fulfill what we have memorialized. Thanks for watching out.

I am off to Potter's Field to try and find my Great Grandmother who was cremated and "buried" in Potter's Field in 1934.
an acquaintance of mine took some photos, one being of Merril Diehl. I see you have a block, row, and grave number for this marker. Do you have a plot map showing plot and grave numbers? No one I've spoken to at the crematorium even knows what Potter's Field is/was and that they are on it.
I appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks for looking into that so quickly. Her body was probably donated then. Thanks again!

Thank you so very much for obtaining the photo for me. It is amazing that people are willing to take on such a task for complete strangers. But then, I did it for someone else too.
This photo will mean so much for my aunts and uncles who only just learned last summer that he died. They have not seen him him in over 30 years.
Again, Thank you!!!

|Imagraver||Irene Beatrice Stringer Twombly|
I want to thank you for taking a picture of Irene Beatrice Stringer Twombly last resting place. I've spent years searching records looking for Irene and seeing where she is buried brings closure to this search. Irene had a sister, Wilma Viola Stringer, who married Buren Americus Whitten. Also she had four half sibling.
