|Nareen, et al||Gershom Todd|
I have deleted my memorial after moving one of the children over to your memorial. The other I have sent a request. I didn't see any point in having you delete yours with those great pictures you have and the work you have done on it.
Thanks for letting me know. Nareen

If you look at his updated memorial you will find changes made based on the book, Families of Ancient New Haven.
If you find other such discrepancies, I would appreciate being informed of them. Oftentimes I post information sent to me by people who are researching their families. I cannot verify each piece of information I am given, but I do my best.
Right now I have 50 edits on my Find A Grave page. It takes time to make the changes. This feature was not available when I started my work on Find a Grave ten years ago. I have posted over twenty thousand memorials. Not sure I would have that many if I knew edits were a life sentence.

|Bob O||Corporal Timothy Ahearn|
I am doing some research on Corporal Timothy Ahearn and one thing I wanted to find was his grave. I was finally able to locate your Find A Grave page for him but had some difficulty as his last name on your page is misspelled - "Ahern" when it should be "Ahearn". When I put his name in the Find A grave search the only listing was a page for the memorial statue of him in New Haven butI knew he wasn't buried there. Could you make a correction so anyone in the future would be able to find it easier. Thanks, Bob O

Thank you for taking the time to locate and photograph the stone. I truly appreciate it. Steven's relatives in NJ have not been able to see it personally so I will share it with them.

Thank you so much Suzanne, for your much appreciated efforts and thorough recording and labeling of the site. I had begun to give up on this request. This solves a mystery to some degree. Very nice of you to do especially since we are in California. John

|Nareen, et al||East Haven Cemetery burials|
You wrote: Hello,
East Haven established a cemetery June 1707. Previous to that they buried the dead on the New Haven Green. Would you mind moving a few memorials to the Center Church on the Green Churchyard? I checked all the names and there are no duplicates. I also checked Grove St Cem in case the headstone was moved, but no names appeared. (8 total)
If you will send me the links to the 8 memorials, I will be happy to move them.

I transferred Domenico Scialla's memorial over to you as you are a direct relative. I tried to find his tombstone when I was at the cemetery, but was unable to locate it. I was able to locate several of the stones listed in the Hale collection. I believe the stone is grown over.

Thanks very much for providing photos of the gravestones of my Uncle and Aunt. I attended their funerals but, as I live in the Midwest, I've not had a chance to return to the cemetery since 2011.

Thanks for photographing the memorial to Moe and Netie Selsky! One of these days we hope to visit but it is good to know what we are looking for and to see the memorial now.

Thank you so much for the photo. An opportunity to grow the tree vertically is always special (his father's name in Hebrew represents another generation).
