I just saw the picture you posted from Austin State Hospital. Bless you. I didn't know that they knew 'where' he is resting. Thank you so much for your efforts.

Dear MR. Simms,

I want to thank you and express my gratitude for the picture you took & posted of the marker at the Austin State Hospital (556) marking the burial place of my great-grandfather John Jefferson Madden. He has been missing from our family for over a hundred years.

Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and kindness.

I was searching Find A Grave for Steven Logan Bennett and came up with two, on in LA and the other in TX.

I was asking for the picture of the memorial in TX, other than just the entrance.

I would assume that his name is listed on Medal of Honor.

Which is the photo I was hoping for.

RE: BESSIE SHEAD
I think he may have died in Ellis County. Last report was in 1940 and he was living with his son Sherman. Sherman's brother Elijah was buried in Williamson County. These Shead's originated from Freestone Texas.

Thank you so much for the photograph. He was my great uncle and I never knew him but I'm just trying to link all the family members. Your time is greatly appreciated.

Hello! Louis,

Thank you so much for locating and taking
the monument photo for Bonnie Adair.
The death date gives me a glimmer of a lead
on finding her birth date, and more about here.
Have a good weekend!

Sincerely,

Louis, once again for taking the time to get this photo for me. I see, you are new to Findagrave as a photographer. It becomes addictive and it helps so many people make a connection and get a correct date to their families. Connie
