Louis Rasnick
Pat...Are there any family members noted with Louis Rasnick who died 1926 and buried in the Golden Hill Cemetery, Omaha, Nebraska. Is it possible that he is the son of Samuel and Kate Rasnick who lived in Omaha, Nebraska at that time?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Fannie & Morris A Wintroub
Thank you for your quick reply! I am certain that Fannie is Morris' wife. I'll contact the other "graver" and have her un-link the incorrect husband. Here's the info I have, for your records:

Morris A Weintraub (plot 2-10) 101138007
Fannie Wintroub (plot 2-10A) 101137939

Meanwhile, could you create a link for Morris and Fannie? Thanks much!

RE: Madge Evans
Hi Pat,
I have just left the area until mid-September. If you go to the David City Cemetery on Find-a-Grave and search for Evans it will bring up a list of those who were listed in the directory a few years ago. If you click on a particular person's name it will go to the Find-a-Grave information page for that person. There you can click on "Request a Photo" at the lower righthand side of the page. That way someone closer might be able to get a picture for you sooner.

From what I can see most of the individuals you are looking for are listed in the David City Cemetery -- even a couple infants (Thorntie being one I think).

The only one I don't see there is Alice Evans.

Another source for photos is on the Butler County Cemeteries website -- they took photos of all cemeteries in Butler County a couple years ago. You can order them for a price, but can see a small version online. That website is: http://butlercountygallery.com/drupal/cemeteries

Let me know if I don't make my instructions clear enough.

Thanks,
Duane

RE: Arthur J Evans & Bessie Ann
Hello,
I'm not still taking photos in the David City Cemetery, because we live in the Texas Panhandle, and I took those you saw when we were visiting a relative.

I've been looking for info about your family, however, and have found a little so far. Perhaps you know that the first child was a boy, Grant Wallace Evans, born in 1912 and died in 2002 in Arkansas. This is the link to his obituary on Find A Grave:

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=EV&GSfn=g&GSpartial=1&GSbyrel=all&GSdyrel=all&GSst=4&GScntry=4&GSob=n&GSsr=81&GRid=26482545&df=all&

Madge is listed on Find A Grave as being buried in the same plot with her parents.
