Elizabeth Grieve
Stewart/Duncan/Place memorial
Hello William

Firstly I would like to thank you so much for documenting the last rest places of my great great aunts, who went to Rhode Island from Scotland at the turn of last century. I have been searching for ages on death records for them and with me being across the pond, it has not been easy. Your diligence and accuracy are to be commended and again grateful thanks from a family member. If there is every anything you need in Scotland, particularly Lanarkshire, just holler. Hi William, I am working furiously on my family tree, unfortunately I'm pretty much on my own, because there is not a lot of people left in the family with good memories. These are my great, great grandparents. I spent an afternoon looking for this stone to see if it could lead me to anyone else, but I must have missed it. Can you tell me where this is?

You know, if you have a picture of that marker I can still use that. It's better than nothing if you know what I mean. And at least it shows where he is.

Thanks William. I really appreciate it. Makes sense as I know the family didn't have a lot of money then.

The stone with "Mulligan" seems to be the only one. Thanks for looking though. Cheryl

I was told that you photographed the cemetery and was wondering if you have a picture of my uncle's marker?

Looks to me like there's a marker according to this link.

Thanks for adding my GG Grandparents to FindaGrave. Is it possible to transfer the two records to me? I'd like to update the family history information on each of them.

Again thanks. I didn't know where they were buried and you solved that mystery for me.

Thanks, William for your efforts regarding Elizabeth. I was hoping this would have been her final resting place, but.... my great aunt died in 1959 and was married to Stephan Cyprian Lonergan 1867-1945. Will keep looking.

I already manage Alfred's, but I will look at the others on the gravestone and see if there are others that you might transfer. This gravestone picture was a great find, thank you...mark

Alfred Taylor (106380565)
Your birth date edit for Alfred Taylor is one of those "great" moments in genealogy research...your gravestone photo is wonderful and fills in a lot of holes in my research.

Alfred Taylor was my grand-father's uncle. My "Taylor" family is from Rhode Island, but I live in Florida. I hope you continue to upload photos.

thank you very much...

The Lenfest family is deeply appreciative of this excellent photo. We asked for this photo to see if his wife Letitia was buried with him. Another findagrave contributor has since added a memorial for her, but now we have more work to figure out the relationship of Jennie and Adelaide Jones. Letitia's grandmother, Abaigail Lenfest Turner was a sister of my GG Grandmother, Lois Lenfest Boynton who left Maine and moved to Iowa. This photo will go a long way in helping us, thank you.
