|Susan Powell Rose||Maass in SF Columbarium|
Johnston, me again...While I was entering the Helena Maass photos of SF Columbarium, I noticed in the cemetery listing an unknown Maass there in Plot: 2nd Floor, H Column, mem. no. 108009592. I have not been able to find Helen's husband, August Maass, died SF May 1939. Is there a way to see if this would be our missing great-grandfather?

Thank you so very much Johnston Hurst Shannon for taking the great photos of our ancestor, Helena Maass. I have supplied a little more detail for the site and connected to her daughter, Alma Maass. I appreciate the thoughtful extra photos of the Columbarium as well as the crypt and inside elegance of the surrounding space. Your work is greatly appreciated! Susan

Thank you for the photo of Ernest's headstone. To see him resting there, thousands of miles away makes us feel like we are right there with him. A photo makes all the difference. Thank you for taking time out of your busy life to do this wonderful volunteer work.

Thanks so much, Johnston, for the photos of Aileen and Felix Cosgrove's tombstones. They've been a family mystery for ages, and it's wonderful to have found, at least, their final resting places. Thank you, again.

How nice that you took an area shot, and that you posted the photos to Gladys' memorial page also. The photos are great, and I'm eager for my cousin to see the pages of our shared grandpa and his wife. Thank you very much.

|Hilary S||Anthony Grunder|
I did a quick family tree for this gentleman and found his mother's relatives, the Kelly family. Mr. Grunder's parents apparently divorced early in their marriage - by the 1930 census. Still looking for the Grunder side of the family but found uncles on his mother's side. Some of them moved to Ohio. I called and left a message at the Storage Office.
