I am aware of at least one possibly two other monument to this John Buell. #20172689 in the Lewis Cemetery he is added to his fathers stone.
There is also a family story that he has a stone in Mt Adnah Cemetery near his brother Silas (130720490). It isn't listed in Findagrave.
The family story is he was wounded at Petersburg Va and dies when he was being transported to an Army hospital in New York. And that he was buried at sea.
Is there any evidence or records that his actual body is buried at St. Mary's?

Thank you so very much. Interestingly enough John Buell also has markers in Mt. Adna near his brother Silas (my GGGrandfather) and at the Lewis Corners Cemetery in Granby with his Father. Apparently, his body is buried at none of these sites.

|Dee Ferris||RE: re: Ferris requests|
I am pretty sure that the Jane Branagan you found (1837-1915) was the mother of Mary Jane (Branagan) Ferris. Elizabeth (Branagan) Chappell (1867-1923) was Mary Jane's sister and daughter of Jane (and husband Andrew).
You were a big help with the pictures. I wanted confirmation of a few questions, and you helped me out tremendously! Thank you so much!
There's an obituary posted on Mary Theresa Ferris's memorial. Maybe because hers was an older burial and an infant, it might be missing from the records???
That leaves Lois Ferris. I have her obituary. I'm fairly certain she didn't remarry. In the 1900 census she was 76 years old, still Lois Ferris, living with her son. However, in one of the censuses she's shown as "Bloise", and another shows "Alois". I wondered if that might be a middle name or something. But you mentioned you didn't have any other Ferris's with dates close to hers. I'll see what else I can find out, and will let you know if I find something new. I hope you will let me know if you do also.
Thank you so much, once again!

These pictures are great. 2 people in one grave isn't unheard of, both my parents are in the same grave - cremated then buried, strange but true. And I have a great aunt and uncle buried in the same grave where one is buried double deep and the other on top. It's the kind of strange thing you see in California where they are buried lol.
Thanks for all your work it looks so good.
This weekend is my time to go out photographing in Missouri and I'll be getting some pics for other people.

|Lorie Moynihan-Broedel||Charles Edward Chappell|
Hi there, I just recieved an email from Findagrave saying that I requested a photo for Charles E. Chappell? He is my great uncle and I know that he is buried in Mnt. Adnah Cemetery, in fact I took the picture for his memorial. The memorial for Charles E. Chappell and William Chappell (amoung others) for Saint Mary's cemetery are incorrect. They are buried in Mnt. Adnah. I guess there was a (now banned) Findagrave volunteer that had made a ton of incorrect memorials, she had a ton for Saint Marys cemetery. I did not request a picture for Charles.
