Abel Savage Photo
Thank you for posting the photo.

I don't believe this is THE Abel Savage I am looking for, but it might be the father or grandfather of Dora Savage (Abel's mom).

Dora had married Isadore Goncharsky. When Isadore passed away, she went back to using Savage, and changed Abel's last name to Savage.

Isadore and Dora would have been born in the early 1900s (Isadore in 1903; Dora in 1902 or 1903). Dora had a brother, Milton, who died in 1966. Their father was possibly Jacob.

Thank you for your photo of this stone. I thought I knew all of the Lubichs, but this has opened a line of inquiry to find out more about him.

Can I ask what lead you to take the picture?

I appreciate your efforts.

Thanks for the information on Zelda (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=99918318)

Are you related? I'd be happy to share what information I have (though it's very little on Zelda herself, and more about her siblings).

Thank you for posting the pictures of Abraham Jacob Goldstone and Rebecca Goldstone's graves. They are my great grandparents. Thanks to you, I now know where they are buried so that I can take my daughter to see her great-great grandparents' graves. I very much appreciate it. Thank you again!

Dear Carole: Thank you for letting me know the details of how the info gets noted. You have been truly wonderful and I recognize your work to be very detailed and I know you do your best. I have enjoyed corresponding with you. I will try to edit my uncle's info. I have no information to update on Beverly Goverman at this time.

Thank you for updating his information. He was a cousin. Thank you for offering to transfer him; however, you already have all the of the Yospa family (who are all related) so you should maintain them together. Thank you again.

Thank you so very much for your request.
It's a very special one.
I have worked with Nicole's Dad, Glenn, for four years at Econo Foods here in Wahpeton.
Her Mom and Dad are now in the process of retiring, Glenn in January and her Mom and the end of this school year. I'm not sure which lake they are retiring to but they will retire to their new lake home year-round.
As you will see Nicole is buried next to her Paternal Grandnmother, Joyce Rogers. I have added a Memorial Page and pictures for her as well.
I hope you enjoy all of the pictures.
Again, thanks for your request.

Regards
DDM

Dregseth's buried Sunset Memorial
When I took the photo this morning of Phillip Dregseth's tombstone, the cemetery clerk told me that 2 others were buried on the same plot in lots 2 and 4 (Ethel and Diane). However, there were no stones on the plot for them.

Thank you for contacting me. I have changed the cemetery but I was going by the cemetery listed in his obituary when I made the memorial. That probably explains why I visited there 4 consecutive weekends in 2010 and could never find his resting place. Thank you again

RE: Anna Goncarsky
Thanks so much.

I now know the name of another one of my great-great grandfathers, and that he was a rabbi.

If plans work out, I hope to go up and spend a day visiting various cemeteries in the area.

RE: Anna Goncarsky
Thank you so much for the prompt reply. I actually have her in the Rodfe Zedek cemetery. A photo will be incredibly helpful! Does it actually show her as Anna Tischler Goncharsky? Or Anna T. Goncharsky?

I hope some time in the near future to get up there, as I have MANY relatives buried in various cemeteries in that area. I really want to get some good photos so I can translate the Hebrew.

I think I actually have a several other relatives in Rodfe Zedek (Charley and Anna Schein Bredt, whose son (my grandfather) married the daughter of Anna Tischler Goncharsky). There are also some Scheins there, but I have to dig more to see if they are the same family.

Do you go to the Rosedale Cemetery (United Hebrew Cemeteries?) at all (Chernigover, Tifereth Israel Anshe Sfard, Progressive Sick Benefit & Relief Assoc. Cemetery, Radomer Verein Cemetery). I have more Goncharskys (my Mom's side) as well as Goldbergs (my Dad's side) there, and elsewhere.

Can you tell me what parking is like? If not, no worries.

Thanks again.

- Bob
