I had to check out your information when I saw the name Guerrant. It is one of my old family names, and I descend directly from Jane Guerrant Bryant, and also from Maj. Pierre Guerrant.

RE: Ida Thompson tombstone
Thanks for responding. I just now saw that you answered me back in April, but I didn't see the reply. I apologize. Do you know who has the cemetery information for Rucker's Cemetery so I could contact them to see if they can identify who this Ida Thompson belongs to? I tried googling it but can't find anything.

Ida Thompson tombstone
I was wondering if you have proof that this particular Ida Thompson is definitely the one related to the Ankney family from Ohio. The Ida Thompson I am looking for was married to John Thompson and passed away at the infirmary in Cynthiana, Kentucky. The funeral home was Whaley. She also had a son named Elmer, but they went by the name of Chambers instead of Thompson.

Thanks for the prompt action and your volunteerism.
I'm not sure we could even get in cemeteries here, the ground is totally saturated. Our maintained yards are squishy. The cemeteries, with their uneven ground would be horrible.
Thanks again for taking the extra time.

Rucker Cemetery
Hello! I have a question about the grave/tombstone of Ida Thompson. Are you sure that it is Ida Ankney Thompson's tombstone because her death certificate states that she died in Cynthiana, Harrison County, Kentucky at the city infirmary and is buried there -- in 1948 and not 1943? I'm hoping that this is her and they made a mistake on the tombstone. I am related to her husband, John Thompson. He was the brother to my great-grandfather, Alexander Thompson, and he is the only Thompson sibling left that I can't find out where and when he died, especially since he was going by the alias of John Chambers. Amanda Casstevens
I am the great-granddaughter of Grant Everman and Amanda (Brinegar-Everman) Casstevens. It took "forever" before I finally found Amanda's burial. So I thank you very much for your work. Would you be able to turn her burial memorial over to me?

Amanda had three children - Lillian Mae (Everman) Williams, Thomas Algin Everman (my direct grandfather) and Isaac Lee (Everman) Bradford.

Thomas Algin Everman is the father of Paul Woodrow "Woody" Everman (Memorial #142437564) - my father.

Thank you so much!

GPS on Robert Miller
Hello Wallace Jr,

I have lost touch with old family friends Robert and Ann Miller, last I have on then is Winchester,Ky.

Ann's family (Goddard) has passed, she was from Logan County as I was also originally.

I saw your name and thought you may know them, as I recalled the Name Wallace Guerrant of Clark Co. Ky. when I attended Corinth Baptist Church in Trapp Community.

Thank You,

David
