|khdahl||Henry Sweet photo request|
Hello, Henry Sweet is listed as buried in "county" with no block, plot or grave information. There are at least three "county" plot areas at Colfax and none of them contain a marker for Henry Sweet. Additionally, the cemetery was photographed this year and we did not find a marker for him anywhere else. There is always a slight chance that we missed one, but I doubt it. Generally, those buried in "county" plots were buried without markers. Sorry that I couldn't fulfill your photo request.

Have you reached out to the BPL?
I think you may be able to get the info you seek directly from them, including a photo. An Eagle Scout has already cataloged and photographed the entire cemetery. The library has the listings posted online, and will email you a photo.

Jonathan Hyde b about 1626 England; d 5 Oct 1711 in Newton, Massachusetts.
Find A Grave memorial #100350530 shows you created a memorial record for him but you have no idea where he is buried. Why would you create a grave memorial for a person when you don't know where they were buried? I thought the main purpose for Find A Grave is to document the burial location of individuals. Not having a picture of the headstone is one thing, but not knowing where the person is buried defeats the reason for creating the memorial.

|Rich Dohm||Mary Garnett ~ Hollywood Cemetery|
Hello Kim. I'm the person that post a photo for your request concerning Mary E. Garnett at Hollywood Cemetery. I'm sorry to report that there is no grave stone in this lot that attests the name Garnett. This is a Franklin lot, and cemetery records DO attest Mary's burial here, but there's no stone to photograph. Oh, and you wondered if this cemetery has records? Definitely, and they have an online lookup HERE or you can phone them any weekday at 804-648-8501. (Using the lookup, and entering simply Garnett, you'll find 64 Garnett's buried here.) Happy hunting, sorry Mary didn't work out. Rich

Thank you for the information you sent. I don't know if you realize that there was more than one Elizabeth Muscoe.
Many researchers believe that there was an Elizabeth Muscoe who married Capt. James Garnett. She is believed to be the niece of the Elizabeth Muscoe who married Thomas Garnett.

|Tammy Robertson||Childersburg Cemetery|
This is a great coincidence, I was traveling to Childersburg today for a field trip and I needed a few pictures and decided to stop when we were done. I noticed the request for Lamar McDonald and wanted to fulfill the request. I decided to take all of the McDonalds in that area in case some had not been added. I did not see your request until I was home! I will be adding to the page in a day or two. I have to downsize the photos so it takes a little time. If you would like me to send you a copy at a larger size please let me know.
