| Francis Marion Finley (Oct. 29, 1833 - Dec. 28, 1854) I was planning to claim this photo request, and when I looked up the location of the cemetery, I found the link below and then clicked on Mrs. Finley's name and got the actual photo of her stone.
If you do not like the photo, I will be happy to go out and take some more photos of the gravestone. Just let me know what you would like me to do.
Warmly, Deboarh

| RE: Nisbet I'm really sorry - the last communication from you was about 3 months ago - I tried looking up Nisbet to refresh my memory about what we were discussing but there are two that I did photos for. Which one are you referring to? And no Savatore buried at Ft Rosecrans.

| Re: James Jones Cowlitz View I am making you aware that the memorial states this grave is unmarked, so there is no possibility of fulfilling your request for a gravestone photo. There are many unmarked graves in the Mt Brynion section of the cemetery.Added by Cheryl Ayres on Mar 06, 2013 11:53 PM | |

| RE: Nisbet You are welcome. I did see a headstone for June McBee Nisbet. I took a picture of it and posted it. Also a saw a Tom Philip Smith and took a picture of his headstone. On his headstone is the name Omega Nesbit his wife but apparently she is still alive. I found no others in that area.

| Charles Oatman in SpringforddCemetery I believe I got the burial information from some ancestry information that was typed up a LONG LONG time ago...... I am usually very careful on making sure I know FOR SURE that something is real, but this source looked VERY legit :)
"....Charles (Darius, Benjamin, George, John, Johannes), son of Darius and Jerushia Oatman, was born at Adams Center, Jefferson County, New York, in 1822, and died at Springford, Oxford County, Ontario, 18August 1902. He married, 26 June 1843, Dorliska H., daughter of Benjamin and Betsey Bunce, who was born 14 November 1822, and died 6 November 1909. They are both buried in the Springford Cemetery at Springford, Ontario...."Added by A84C72 on Dec 11, 2012 8:36 PM

| RE: Oatman/Goodrich/Knight Ahhh!! I didn't have a second spouse for John Oatman! I only have Jeanette Cooper (spelling?). From Jerusha and Darius, I go:
Darius and Sarah Norman and Polly (Wilson) Charles and Carrie (Crampton) ((I was named after Carrie)) Marjorie Oatman (Married LeMieux)...my maternal grandmother.
It looks like your grandmother is my 3rd cousin 2x removed. That means you would be like a 5th cousin?
I actually LIVE in Lansing. I am also only about 10 minutes from the Library of Michigan:) Their hours are SEVERELY limited (only open like 11-4 M-F), but the next time I get down there, I can see if I can find your grandmother's obituary on the microfilm. Maybe it may say where she is buried?Added by A84C72 on Dec 11, 2012 7:10 PM
