|Sarah Furry||Flatwoods Cemetery|
I was just wondering where the Flatwoods Cemetery was located exactly? I have recently been very interested in finding out about the Grells that are supposed to be located there. I am living on a farm on Iron 109, and up in the field on the property are markers for August Sr and Jr, Augusta, and Millie, along with 3 that are not very readable. A few of the dates are just a tiny bit off by a few days, or the same day but next year up/down from the death certificates. Do you think this would be the Flatwoods Cemetery?

|vgsocal||Nancy Elizabeth Walton Sutterfield|
We have conflicting genealogy information regarding my 3xG grandmother. On her page it calls her Nancy. We believe that is incorrect. On the back of a photograph of Dovey standing in front of the 1st Sutterfield house in WestFork it states that Edward's wife (Elizabeth Walton Sutterfield)died in Memphis, TN enroute. It is believed she is buried somewhere there.
Further, on Edward M Sutterfield's page there is an 1850 census (which I have seen a copy of) that says Dist 76 Reynolds, MO Listed Edward M Satterfield 89 and Nancy 80 & Mary 8. It is believed that Edward married a Nancy after he came to MO, but somehow Elizabeth Walton's name has Nancy tacked on the front of it. Some of us are working to clear up this mis-information that has Elizabeth Walton Sutterfield confused with Nancy Sutterfield.

|CJKirkpatrick||RE: Green Cemetery, Wayne County Missouri.|
My source for Mrs. O'Dell was also a Missouri death certificate, so now I'm wondering, Green or Green Hill Cemetery, too. This book by The Wayne County Historical Society, Gone Home (Vol. 1, 2, & 3),at the Piedmont Public Library, 118 W. Green St., Piedmont, Wayne Co., Missouri, would be a place to check. I get over there about once a month. I can check then if you want. Please let me know.

No, there were no other children, my grandpa went from having a younger brother to a only child. Goldie and Mellie along with my grandpa moved to Clarion, Iowa and ran a flower shop until Mellie passed away. At one time, I went to see the shop and there were hand prints of my mom and her older sister maybe a younger sister also in the cement. I know Goldie remarried after Mellie died and there are pictures of me with Goldie and her second husband.

Hello, my name is Robin Dahlhauser Cushman and my grandfather was Carl Franklin Weitmon. You have a picture posted of Goldie and Mellie, where she is holding a baby and says Carl. My grandfather was adopted by Goldie and Mellie when he was 8 or 9 years old. That was the story given to us kids by my mom and her sisters. When my grandfather passed away, his older half sister and younger full brother came to the funeral.
I can try to get more information from my mom but that isn't my grandfather as a baby in the photo.

|SLJ||Cynthia Brewer link|
Greetings! I've linked Cynthia to her father. Also I'm quite curious how closely reated to this Myers family you are. There is some speculation that William H Myers may be the son of our John Robert Myers. We do know that sometime between 1820 & 1824 he left his family in OH & went down the river to MO where he possibly remarried (maybe twice) & had another family. Once of the sons was Ashford Rollins or Roland Myers. I would love to compare information if you have any knowledge about William H Myers.
Thanks so much,

|Tammy York Orman & Timothy||Transfers|
Please don't feel bad about the transfers, you are adding photos and family info. so lots of others can see and smile:) So as long as you will not delete them and add photos or info. I'll transfer. I'm the only person on both sides of my family that even cares about Our family history, so I say, let you have them. There are very few of us "Story Tellers" left. Each family as one and as far as I can see you are your families as I am mine. Let's get those stories out there for all to read !!

#73083452 Frank Hillier photo should be right. I'm sure it's not Sarah Williams. I will go out tomorrow and double check, I could have made a mistake but I'm pretty good at making sure the photos are right. But, I want to make sure.
