I've seen some of your genealogy work on the website Find A Grave. Thank you for your posts on the Cummings family. My mother is a Cummings and turns out we have a common ancestor in Stephen Cummings, Sr. who fought in the American Revolution. As my sister lives in Madison, Wisconsin...this connection was a double surprise. If you are interested in anything Cummings on your line let me know... Barry C. K. Thank you so much! Your kind gesture is much appreciated!
I did find Clarence Hughes, Minnie's first husband, and I submitted a transfer request. (My late father was almost named "Clarence Victor Hughes IV" but his father decided to break the tradition of "Clarence Victors" and named him "David Clarence" instead.)

I would much appreciate it if you could also transfer my great-great-grandmother to me (Minnie Mabel Webb Doubleday). Her record number is: 9785553. Thank you so much, again!

|Sandy Butcher||Alma Alexander|
Alma was my aunt and she was great fun. I remember when she moved from New York. My grandfather was Stanley Butcher. My father was Herbert Butcher and his sister's name was Miriam. I remember an uncle Ernie who was a character. I also had two aunts who were sisters Lois and Helen Hunt. I believe my father, Herbert and his sister were raised by Alexanders when their mother died.
Would love to learn more.

You are very welcome.
I noticed that the memorial says his DOD is Jun. 20, 1984. Are you quite sure of this? The reason I ask is that the the following two records show a DOD of 06/11/1984
Here are the two records:
Mount Hope Cemetery records for Jay C. Whitenack:
California, Death Index, about Jay C Whitenack
Name: Jay C Whitenack
Birth Date: 1 Feb 1890
Birth Place: New York
Death Date: 11 Jun 1984
Death Place: San Diego
Mother's Maiden Name: Conklin

Ok, I've transferred your Aunt Minnie. I will transfer her husband once I see the stone photo and can fix the death date if necessary.
A volunteer has already claimed your photo request so we should have a photo within 2 weeks.

Hi, if you click on the button that says "Request a Photo" a volunteer will photograph the stones. Please place a request for each of the memorials.

Please see my profile page regarding transfers. I'll be happy to make the (outside of guidelines) transfers of your relatives, however please request grave photos and give me a little information to add to the memorials.
I believe the date of death for Mr. Whitenack is wrong and will need to see the stone to confirm.
I don't have a problem with outside of guideline transfers but all too often nothing is added. At a very minimum I want to see the grave photo.

I have linked her to her parents. Her children were posted by someone else and that person has to link them to her and her husband.
