|A.J. Marik||Find a Grave reminder|
We are finding many duplicate memorials within your contributions. Please always check our database very carefully before creating a new entry. We might already have the person listed! Keep in mind that duplicating existing memorials is strictly against Find a Grave policy, and intentionally duplicating memorials can put your account in jeopardy.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

|Sandra Hopkins Ernst||Cemetery Duplicates|
Hi - I see you have made duplicates of several memorials at Maydale Cemetery. I'm sorry you wasted your time in doing that - but you should delete your duplicate memorials as they have already been set up. Thank you for taking pictures of the stones, there were many that needed photos. Photos can be added to any memorial, regardless of who set it up. Thanks!

|Becky Doan||Maydale Cemetery|
I noticed that you have created some duplicates for Maydale Cemetery.... am wondering if you know that you are able to upload pictures to an existing memorial, so you don't have to make a duplicate? Also, if you have additional information, you can send it to the original creator through the Edit/Send a Correction links. If it is someone related to you, through those same links, you can request a transfer. I see that you have not been a Find A Grave member for too long, so wonder if anyone has mentioned these things to you. Find A Grave discourages duplicates or it would be like Ancestry.com, with a hundred people having a memorial for the same person. Thanks. Becky

|Debra Monsive||The Benders|
Thank you for taking the time to photograph the graves of my direct ancestor and her 2nd husband. You have made my day, week and month!!!
May I have permission to use the photographs on my family blog and in my printed research materials?
If yes, do you by chance have a higher resolution copy for my archives? I would of course give you credit as the photographer.
Long distance research is possible because of grand volunteers like yourself!
Many blessings to you!
