Thank you so much for the photos of the headstones of Samuel C and Eva Lee Helton Ellis in Liberal Cemetery. I appreciate your time in filling my photo request. An inscription on the headstone indicates their infant daughter is also buried with them. She and her mother died the day she was born. Please add the photo to Baby Ellis, memorial #11500623.

I'm about to post the photo but as I was at the library today I looked up her obit for you.
Daily Times Call May 15, 1969
Lucille Theresa Perez, 20, died Thursday at Longmont Community Hospital where she was confined for half a day.
She was born in Longmont and resided here all her life. She resided at 736 Atwood St.
She is survived by her mother Catalina Perez of Longmont one brother Salvador Ramirez and five sisters Mrs. Cathy Lucero, Mrs. Frances Munson; Mrs. Mary Ellen Sanchez and Mrs. Lupe Jeffries, all of Longmont and Mrs. Connie Mata of Salt Lake City, Utah; and numerous aunts and uncles.
She is buried in Blk 48A Lot 11 Sp 3

There is no Lucy Perez listed in the cemetery. There are two listings for people named Lucille Perez. You said that the grave was next to the road at the main entrance and by a tree. There is no real main entrance but near one of the five south entrances I found what I thing is the right grave site. The other Lucile Perez is near one of the north entrances that are now closed and there is no marker on the grave. If your Lucy born 2/7/1949 and die 5/15/1969 then the marker I found is your Lucy. Let me know so I can post the photo.
