RE: Eliza Blanchard memorial
You are welcome.

I only added mine as it was a bit clearer. Nothing wrong with your photo. But many times I have also had to fight arriving at a cemetery the wrong time of the day and shooting against back-lit headstones. Not a lot you can do about it.

It was the "fell asleep" part of the inscription that caught my eye and only then did I stop long enough to notice the little "she sleeps" down below.

Thanks for the update,

RE: Photo of Kinmonth headstone
Yes, I believe Alice May was adopted. Mary Day Kinmonth also had another daughter born the same year as Alice who was named Margery. In the 1900 census Margery was listed as an adopted daughter of Mary, and it may be that Alice was a twin of her..or was just born the same year.

Also, yes, Mary's husband David died in 1886. There was quite a bit of news in the local Lowville paper about the settling of his estate, etc. The articles say he died in the village of Lowville. His body must have been sent back to Mass for burial.

I'll send his obit from the local paper to your email address.

RE: Garrit Arnold photos
Bruce, you are truly welcome. I told Daryl that I would go to the
Lakeview Cemetery as part of our cemeteries trip because Bruce
has not yet received a photo by request. I used binoculars and
he walked rows. He found Garrit in two minutes. He is amazing as
a graver. It was my best experience in the five cemeteries. Tnx
for the compliment. It is a great stone

You did an absolutely beautiful job on these pics!! I love them! I'm sorry, I wrote all 4 sides meaning these people who chop off corners and sides of the stones, I just wanted to be able to see around the front of the stone. I didn't explain myself right. Thanks so much..very fast!!

Bruce...yes, Thankful had a twin sister who died young and buried in the Forefathers Burial Ground. The Snow family are my ancestors thus the interest in their behalf. In the photo you uploaded for Thankful I thought I saw Nathaniel on the next stone. I will request his also. Thanks for your fine work. It has been such a pleasure to work with Find A Grave deserve a kiss on the cheek!

Thank you for the photo of the Coyne's stone.

Did you happen to record the dates? I tried to enlarge the photo but the results were blurry and I have not been able to find the dates in other places

Thank you so much for getting the headstone photos for the Vidito and Boyd families. Now I have a new name, Sarah A Vidito, to figure out where she fits. Family history is like a never ending puzzle. grins
