|Tammy King||RE: Blue Hills Cemetery, Smith|
It's never a bad thing to mention family. I don't know Uncle Hamilton's line except what I am getting from you. His brother Charlie Vinson is my great-grandfather. I know more on C.V.'s line but not his siblings.

This computer sidetracked me and I almost forgot. You can view High's Funeral Home @ highfuneralhome.com
That's where I got the address:
101 North College Street, McMinnville, TN 37110
The view in the picture is I believe from in front of the post office.

I get a lot of information from the cemetery books and just thought I'd input all the Blues Hill info. That is my most important cemetery.

I don't know if I replied on your question about location of High's Funeral Home or not. I will delete your query after this reply so I know that I replied.
High's Funeral Home is downtown. If you drive in front of the courthouse, turn left at the light(one-way street), go in front of post office to the STOP sign(do this in far right lane) after checking for on coming traffic turn left and take an almost immediate right. High's is now on your left(if you didn't make the right hand turn, you passed it on your right). In fact, High's is almost 'behind' the courthouse. If you made the right hand turn, High's is on your left...the next buiding is The Southern Standard newspaper building. I haven't added the address to my phone, but phone # is 473-2137. Obit line is 473-8585.

No, Bettie was a Smith and married Bruce Pack, her mother was a Peden. Bettie has done work on her family for years, she has also been working on Charles Creek Cemetery. She knows about all the people buried there and how they are kin. She's your best person to get in touch with. She said that she had never spoken to you so it would be good to get in touch with her.

Betty (Smith) Pack's e-mail is email@example.com
She has done genealogy for years. She is kin to Hamilton Smith, your line, that is buried at Charles Creek cemetery.

I don't think I know Mildred. I don't know many folks in that area, I live in Murfreesboro and mostly go up to Cannon County to research or visit cemeteries. I would like to include all of Obie & Vernie's children in my tree if you could help with that. I would really appreciate dates, names & places of birth, marriage, death and burial if there are any. Vernie's parents would be nice too. Just anytime you think you might feel like it send me an email with the info at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will update my file. Did you know Charles Arthur Smithson, he just passed away 4 May in Woodbury?

I believe Thomas L Lance, memorial #18422361 is Sarah's brother. He is buried in Ivy Bluff cemetery.

|Gail K||Sarah E Lance Tittle|
Looking at what's available online on ancestry it looks like William H Lance and Sarah "Sallie" Miller are her parents. William, born in Tennessee, spending his years until at least 1880 in Cannon county, Tennessee and Sarah, born in Virginia, marrying William about 1857.

|Wendell Barrett||Re: Barrett's|
I am sorry ,I don't Tony or Ken. they may be my distant relatives though. The reason I have so many Barrett's on FAGrave is that I am trying to tie us together. Most of the Barrett's I am related too comes from Cannon Co. Tn. We all connect to Ward V. Barrett my 4th G Grandad. I would appreciate info on them if you know to see if they connect to me. I also have so many because I thought it would raise questions as you have. Thanks for the inquiry I enjoy the conversation. Wendell

|Syringalathyrus||Daniel S. Ford|
If you mean the Daniel S. Ford buried in Ashley Union Cemetery in Delaware Co., OH (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=79633299), then yes, he had children. One of them was my grandfather, Birchard Hayes Ford.
I just discovered that there's another Daniel S. Ford, roughly the contemporary of my great-grandfather, who lived in Boston, MA, and owned the periodical for youth in which the Pledge of Allegiance was first published: http://www.oldtimeislands.org/pledge/pdgech2.htm

I saw that you'd left flowers on the Jasper Newton Fitts site. I have every reason to believe he was my great-grandfather with Elizabeth Ingram being my great-grandmother. I've not be able to prove they were ever married but did have some children together.
How are you interested in Mr. Fitts, if I may politely ask?

Annie and several children are buried at Charles Creek Cemetery. Coonie is buried in Kirby Cemetery. I don't know why they were buried in seperate cemeteries. They aren't far from one another as the crow flies.
