Not sure how the person who entered her record on find a grave got their info but..I did find census forms saying her name is Amanda. he daughter's name at leats on the daughter's grave is Arminda..but mom's name was Armanda I think. Maiden name Carter and husband's name Blanch and he is buried there too. The name of his grave reads:
Christeo C Blanch 1867-1926 dates..
Thanks for your help :)

She was Lewis "Louie" Purcell before she married Wheeler Mathenia. The Memory Card has her Louise Mathenia with funeral services on 26 Dec 2001 by Stickel Mortuary in Mojave. (She died 23 Dec)

I have the memory card from her burial that shows she is in this cemetery. She may not have a headstone, but I would think the cemetery would know where she is buried. I do appreciate your time & effort, I'm just disappointed in the cemetery records.

|Gayle Hennington Van Horn.||Arthur Seely's Plot Photo|
Thank you for taking a photo of my grandfather (Arthur Seely) grave plot. I discovered there was no marker, and it was very important to me to at least have a photo of the plot area. He was a WW II veteran, and I am working to have the VA place a marker there for me.
Thank you again for the time you took to help me.

Thanks, Steve, for checking on all those. Unless they directly indicate Union or Greenlawn in the obit...I shift them to Burial Location Unknown. They are still Bakersfield folks I try to ID ... Thanks, thanks.

|Gayle Hennington Van Horn.||RE: Arthur Seely Grave Plot Photo|
Thank you so much for the time you took on Arthur Seely's grave search. I was aware there was no headstone, and thought perhaps a photo of at least the plot would suffice. I truly appreciate all your assistance, and if you can post the photo you mentioned, that would settle this for me.
My kindest regards,

|Teresa Howard Robertson||Thank you SO Much for the Photos!|
I didn't know I was requesting photos that would be extra work, in that there are no stones for Maude and Merle Cross. I wish I could afford to provide them. I'll let my kids know. Perhaps one day they will be able to take care of proper markers.
Thank you again Steve:)

|Arthur Allen "Art" Moore III||Elbert E McClure / Grave Photos|
Thanks, Steve, for taking the time to get the Union Cemetery photos. I had been working with Dean Herst there in town to get these done but it is great to see a new Find A Grave person to help! Your idea of the white flowers to mark the unmarked graves is well done too! Anyway, as you might know, I grew up in Bakersfield and still own the little home I grew up in there out on Beech Street. I am going through old newspapers to get these burials. Many are unmarked but this brings them back to view from a lost and forgotten past. Thanks, again.

Let me start by saying that this message is not sent with malice, anger, or annoyance. This message is sent with kindness to clarify an error.
The photo you are speaking of on Ancestry.com for James M. Wright indicates that it was added on May 14, 2011 and is not the photo I took at Union Cemetery for him. The photos that are here on Find A Grave for Mr. Wright were taken and posted by me on January 11, 2011. These photos were here on Find A Grave for four months before the Ancestry.com photo was posted. Any of the photos I take are ęZuzu*s Petals and if any appear on Ancestry.com they are lifted from this site without permission. I hope this clarifies the matter.
I hope you accept this message with the spirit in which it was sent.
Kindest regards - Kathie
