|Eileen Kay||Lynn and Arlene Bugbee|
Hi Allison, I went to Elfers Cemetery and had no luck finding these gravesites on my own so I contacted the church affiliated with the cemetery. Unfortunately they have no record of either of these names. If you find they are buried somewhere else in my area (New Port Richey) I will do my best to get you the pictures. Eileen Kay

|MaryK||Photo requests for St. Pats, Bay City|
I was unable to fill these requests because the office lady is very unhelpful about locating graves. She hates a list so I have found it easiest for the individual who is requesting the photo to find out the location. I have an index of existing tombstones that some nice ladies did for the Bay County GENWEB but that's for the old St. Pats where most burials are from the early 1900s. Sorry!

You are most welcome!
In case there are any other folks you are researching in the same area, here is the link to the Sunapee NH cemetery info.
They have pdf documents for each cemetery, with photos, locations & transcriptions of the stones.

Very glad to help. My paternal grandfather knew some of the Bugbee's so when we saw the names on the request list we did our best to find them. I live quite near Maplewood so let me know if you need anything else.

The plot marker is in excellent shape as is Mary's stone. The others are buried by the type of grass, I think it is called zoyza grass. The stones are stained darkly and I brushed as much old grass off them as I could. Sorry, very diffisult stones.

I just fulfilled your request for a photo of the stone for Della M. Bugbee Muzzey (1864-1903). Please feel free to use it as you see fit, with credit to me, Susan Kell.

I'm going through the many photo requests for this cemetery and saw yours for Benjamin Bugbee d??. I don't see him in this cemetery but wasn't sure if you had seen Barlow Cemetery also in Woodstock. There are 2 Benajah Bugbee's there with gravestone photos taken and wasn't sure if one of them is "your" Benjamin.
Good luck with your genealogy,

I just uploaded a photo for Alton, which you are free to use anywhere you like (with credit, please). To his left is a stone for daughter Brenda J. Bugbee and the year 1956. Would you like to create a memorial for her at Hillside Cemetery?

The stone is quite worn. Sorry the picture isn't clearer. Hope it answers where he is buried and that a stone does exist.

I went to this cemetery today and fulfilled your photo request for Mary E Bugbee d 29 Oct 1862.
Unfortunately it has fallen over onto the ground and is shaded by trees so that the carving has been impacted by the elements.
I have a printout that I made of the burials in this cemetery in order of gravestones found in the 1930's so I know it is her gravestone and her first name is also visible.
Good luck with your genealogy,

I aplogize for the inappropriate remark and speculation as you have mentioned. I tried to change it but am unable to find the link or tab to do so.
I have been involved in many research and current events and find that child abuse was prevelent then and is prevelent now. I jumped to conclusions and do indeed apologize.

Hi Allison - I found a Elma Connal who is Cornelia Bugbee's mom...I created a memorial...if you want her photo too please request photo and I'll post for her and cornelia and her hubby.

You are quite welcome. I have no problem with you using the photo for ancestry or in any other way you see fit. If you call Oak Grove or email them and request the plot info on other Bugbee family members, make memorials and send photo requests, I'll happily go there and fulfill them.

You are most welcome, Allison. I stopped at Vershire this summer and only had time to record a few graves in the Village Cemetery. I should be able to get back there easily as it's on my way to a summer place. Just now it is simply too cold!!! Next spring?? Definitely. Best wishes, David

Hi,I just wanted to respond to your question.I am walking thru Forestdale now copying all. I then go back and double check to see if they have been entered or not!!~!!!!!!!!! Its nice that you have sharp eyes but more help would be better -we have about 5,000 entered on Find A Grave and there are 22,000 people buried there. Now I deal with bugs, slippery leaves and holes.Another thing, I am only a human and a volunteer so maybe you could draft more help.

Thank you for the additional information on Jason Bugbee - his memorial has been updated. Do you know where his parents are buried? I am happy to link them if known. His grave marker was hard to read for the surname - it took me a while to figure it out!
